I see a lot of anger directed at Eun A, however I feel like Tae Seo should get a lot of the blame. He had a choice in all this, he could have very easily not let her into his life again. There is a phrase I like and I think really applies here: “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me”. She has pretty much shown her true colors, and I doubt she is ever going to change. At the end of episode 10 he said “we should forget the past month” which is excellent advice. The previews indicate that he will once again let her into his life again, which will prove to me he has zero self-esteem and enjoys being treated like a doormat. People always have a choice. However, some people just don’t learn and continue to make the wrong choices their whole lives.
What C dramas would you recommend? It's hard to know where to start
I highly recommend Love Between Lines. It came out earlier this year and was excellent. It’s on Viki. I also recommend Shine On Me which is on Viki and Netflix. Both are solid dramas with no live triangles and minimal filler.
I’ve been saying this for a long time. Those two seem much more compatible than the FL. However, I predict the ML and FL will end up together as usual.
I see a lot of posts here commenting on how this is so realistic. Actually, this isn’t very realistic at all. Most people who date in high school and break up move on with their lives and date other people and more often than not get in a long term relationship or get married to someone else. They don’t spend ten years of their lives pining over someone that they broke up with. The relationship depicted in this drama is actually unhealthy and almost like a codependent type of relationship.
This show started promising but has just become frustrating. I don’t usually compare shows, but Park Jin Young’s previous drama Our Unwritten Seoul is so much better than this. Of course it helped having Park Bo Young as the FL who is WAY better than the FL in this. I really hope these two leads don’t end up together, I think it would really feel forced. If he takes her back after all these years and how she broke up with him he is crazy.
In any case I’ll probably finish this since there are only 4 episodes left, but I’m sure I’ll be disappointed. Right now I’d give this a 7.0, mainly for the cinematography and music.
I wanted to watch this and gave up. Because it's the same scenario again. The woman continues her life, but the…
You described this well. I seriously hope women who date don’t expect men similar to these actors in K-dramas. They are really deluding themselves. Most guys I know after breaking up move on pretty quickly and are dating again within 3 to 6 months.
I really like this drama. I don’t know why you all complain so much. Of course, this drama is not perfect, and…
It’s interesting in your post all you talked about was Eun A but didn’t even mention Tae Seo. Yes it’s true she didn’t have it easy. However you could argue Tae Seo had it much harder. He lost both of his parents and was forced to be an adult at a young age and support his grandparents and brother. He gave up pursuing grad school which is what he really wanted to do to get a job.
As far as their relationship, she has pretty much treated Tae Seo like a doormat. She pops in his life when there is something she needs then just disappears. This is definitely not a healthy relationship.
I agree with this. I’d love for once to see the ML be with the SFL. It makes sense here, she is much more like him than the FL. I’m sure it won’t happen though.
Here’s my hot take. Tae Seo should date Im A Sol. It seems to me his personality is much similar to her than the FL. I really thought when they met in college something might develop between them but obviously not.
Oh Gosh, it is not that bad how some of these comments are saying it to be. I do get the whole love triangle and…
Thanks, and I agree. It seems as though if you say even one positive thing about this people are quick to jump all over you or bully you. It’s kind of funny really how people get all worked up over a television drama.
I liked it, but mainly because of the AI aspect of the show. I really think this is the future of relationships. Hey if you can pick the perfect place to live, car, etc, why not a relationship?
I would agree with you, but you are saying that as if someone isn't allowed to change and grow over something…
What??? A child?? They were in HIGH SCHOOL! That means he was probably 17 or 18 years old. Sorry, at that age you should know right from wrong and what he did was disgusting. I’m tired of people excusing bullies for their abhorrent behavior. He never got punished for what he did and never apologized when he got older. In fact he kept referring to her as “stinky” in several episodes.
What is with these people wanting Se-Na and the prosecutor to be a couple?? Did you forget how he made her life a living hell in high school? She nearly committed suicide. Oh but he’s SO hot! I guess it’s ok for a guy to abuse a woman as long as he’s hot. Sounds right. 🙄🙄
Is it weird to want the Prosecutor to end up with Se Na. 🤭 I mean to me they make a much more believable couple.…
Are you forgetting this a-hole tormented her in high school? He has never really apologized for that, and even if he did it would be too little too late. Why the hell would someone want to be romantically involved with someone who bullied them? That’s just asinine.
this is why I never trust mdl ratings.. this deserves 8.5 or 8.6 It was so good and realistic and peaceful loved…
I agree with everything you said. This site seriously needs to change the way they do ratings. This series deserves around 8.4 or 8.5. Fantastic acting all around.
I liked the webtoon bcz alcohol was not used as a medium for their first night. It was consensual by both, in…
Jh6745 a few seconds ago I agree with everything you said, and I’m also disappointed with this. It seems like they can’t make any kdrama without having heavy alcohol use.

Have fun for an hour or two, and then she leaves! My ideal girlfriend 😁
