You're right. Road home has released teaser, opening and closing ceremony but flight has none. I think if the news I read is accurate it's because FTY is co-produced with China state media while iQiyi is the main producer of Home that's why FTY has less reuters.

I think they have to because if it's just their love story then it's hard to make more than 24 episodes. But it's good because we can see the LDR part more to highlight the sacrifice of a military personnel and their partner to keep their love burning even if they rarely see each other.
