After last week's episodes I am not 100% sure if I should continue. There are still a lot of episodes left, and…
actually, i am just as sick of the main female lead this week as well... see my comments above.... (I'm not as bothered by the 2nd male lead this week...not everything was in his control that happened and he did have a 4 year relationship with that family before all this illness stuff happened. I agreed that he was pretty stupid acting prior to this though!)
ep 30: this week I am starting to get irritated with the leads...
I think there is an awful lot of the cart-before -the-horse going on in their relationship and I hate hate hate the decision-making of the lead female related to her relationship with his mother. There is nothing that the character can say or do to convince me that she needed to ignore his wishes and carry on talking with and meeting with his mother. It is not supportive of him at all. I loved it when he called her out on it and asked her if she was doing it because of her own insecurity with the status of their relationship. Anyway, I think a lot of the angst that is brewing here could dissipate merely by them being more intimate with each other...sleeping with each other...We aren't seeing any of that and I am starting to ask myself if I've missed an episode where they made this leap? I don't know why they are always parting at the end of the evening instead of sleeping over. It drives me nuts. I'll be curious where it goes next week....its definitely gonna take a step backwards after that last scene.
ep 10: "He's not handsome, his lips are red and skin is pale like a vampire from the middle ages...." ha ha! ... Luv this description of Woo Do Hwan's character by Cheetah. LMAO
This story is an intriguing one. I haven't seen the anime or read the manga, but just from what I watched, it had more potential. I felt like a lot of it was classic high school activities used as filler in between the more meaningful emotional scenes. Regardless, it kept my interest and I liked Nakagawa Taishi - he's quite the handsome specimen and his acting was right on. This has an open ending and would be a prime candidate for a part 2.
Classic heavy Kdrama: Talk about the drama in this melodrama! Damn! It was a pleasure to watch the 3 leads: Nam Gil, Kim Jae Wook and Ga In. Despite the unexpected ending i gave this an 8.5/10.
i am betting Ma Yi Deum is Gab Soo's daughter.on another note, there is so much conflict of interest brewing here…
that's what i'm thinkin' too....i have to go back and skim thru the first couple of eps to confirm if she is the right age. I can't recall how old she was when mom disappeared. But, they've kinda blasted to us the clue that mom's been missing since 1996. And I also can't recall anything about if she had a father that she knows about.
on another note, there is so much conflict of interest brewing here that it makes my head spin!
i wanna know if her mom is by chance still living but in Busan.....he never shared that address with her...the timing wasn't right, but seems like now he has to figure out what to do with his mother.
thank u for this! i am watching a bunch of his stuff right now and this helps so i don't have to run around and figure out which to watch next (as much)! If you havent seen Traces of Sin,since it came out recently, its a great one to add to your list.
I've seen a lot darker! Well orchestrated crime/mystery film that ultimately tells a story about trust & suspicion or lack-there-of. I've watched a second time 6 mos later because i am on a Tsumabuki Satoshi roll right now and forgot he was in this. Excellent suspense and some twists you aren't expecting.
It depends, do you believe the mother, or the brother and the sister? It's a fact that she allowed her children…
Exactly! i did go review a number of press releases from when this came out and there were no specific references to the bro. I also searched to see if it had been translated yet but saw no indication...either under this name or the japanese name. If you find something eventually, let me know!

I like him way better in this than in Tunnel and I started liking him a lot in that by the end.
