The writing was so bad that, a female butcher who could not read or write, with just 2 battles and 2 strikes, takes down the 2 most battle hardened generals(one of them was a rebel too) !! And our mighty Marquis who is known for his strategies(all this was only in the talking, it was never really portrayed) , literydoes nothing on the battlefield. Our "overnight heroine"is the one who does killing. Then what is the use of training all these army for years?And arrogance talking of the FL was what I too couldn't withstand!! A drama with good potential has become a wasted opportunity due to inconsistent and sloppy writing

Also, as you mentioned, I personally didn't like FL slappling everyone and everywhere and never faces any consequences for her actions. She was the mist irritating character for me. ML, as you said, has been totally watered down. For me, this drama was a complete disappointment.
At a point, the whole series started to become ridiculous. We may close the door to logic since its a drama, but…
Especially the part where Fan Changyu killed Lord Changxin, I felt it was overdone Also, killing one of Shi brothers, with just 2 strikes, which was way too much. And how many times, she may violate army rules, do as she pleases, she is never on the wrong side.

Once again, after your generation to generation review, I think your analysis on POJ seems to be spot on for me!! Exactly my thoughts while watching this drama , which is highly relying on visual spectacles, rather than emotional depth, but i will watch till the end. As you said, there may be some changes. Something is not striking right for me with POJ!!!
