As individuals they portrait their characters well, but as a couple I didn't feel the chemistry between them at all. After watching love&redemption this one didn't live up to it so I might be bias

Like the previous comments I was also looking for a drama to watch after Eternal Love. I have to agree that I didn't feel the chemistry between ML and FL. Also I didn't quite understand last episode, exactly what happened? She came back to her real time? and didn't he sacrificed himself? So many other answered questions. What was the drastic change the prophecy warned about. What happened to Ling's mum? Why the manged had to cease to exist? Is that the drastic change? I can go on....
So in all I really can't compare to Eternal Love.

I'm happy you gave me a summary of the end. I stopped watching at episode 40 as I felt the ending would not meet my expectations and with lots of obvious blunders. I'm glad Nalan You and Rong Hua have a happy ending at least but go back and watch when my heart is more at ease ?

I feel exactly the same. Everything seems rushed or not enough dialogue. It's like Rong Hua loves Nalan Yue but not enough her family always comes first. Always doubting him. And what happened after Nalan Yue asked Rong Hua if she heard the conversation about if her dad is not cooperating then kill him?!
I'm so confused!

Is it just me?! But I'm finding really hard to fallow the plot! Also when is Hua going to understand that actually her dad is evil and her sect destroyed Nalan Yue home? Always with nothing can happen to my father thinking, is getting a bit boring!
