I totally agree with you with the ending story, what was that?!? So, she leaves him to suffer for his mum death alone, then get back to him, what!? Did he not kill her dad any more like she said it was the rwson for leaving?! So many things I don't understand about this ending. What a waste of a likeable drama. Can't give higher score because of that.

For me it's a weird ending. It's not an open ending you'll definitely have closure but I felt it was unfair to ML to some degree. ML is content at the end but sad ending for FL

I feel you! It's the first Chinese drama I've watched that I'm on ep 40 still don't know where its heading, or how it'll end. I'm impressed sort of. Most dramas you can tell who the bad guy is, or his motives quite easy but so far I have nothing(i.e ep40) I'm really intrigued how it will all end.

I think lack of common sense is the best way to describe some of the story. Just one thing else I didn't quite understood was Bai Qiu Xue claimed she betrayed FL because she wanted to protect her unborn child but then she decided to fallow ML who was possessed by evil force and could harm her but let's forget about baby safety for now... I mean what was that about!? she didn't even achieve anything apart from getting her sister killed(which still don't get it why the Lil sister was fallowing Wen Tian, she did nothing to help him come out of evilness) Sigh...
How is this a 7.6 ratings? I think watchers are so gobsmacked with this drama that they can't comment. Honestly I started and dropped this drama so many times but because there nothing else to watch at mo I've decided to give it another go and what a waste of my time. But this time I wanted to finish watching it all. Wow, I have so much to say that at the same time I'm speechless. For me nothing makes since. How do they fall for the same trick so many times(anonymous tip from someone leads you into a trap) what's up with ML no expression, no emotions... I'm finding this drama intriguing, but I'm loving it. ML it's not you tipical pure and heroic but he does everything for a reason and in the end its for the people he wants to protect. I know a lot are liking the SML more but something tells me he betrayed his friend first. Obviously we'll know as the story develops but I think he is not a good person, always jumping to conclusions, thinking the worse of his friend, which is totally different from ML, he'll do anything for his people.
Jin Han(ML) most of the dramas that I've watched before always plays the bad guy, but I'm really liking him as the good guy. This is the second drama that I've watched him playing good character and I'm liking it very much. I want see him more in this type of plays.

I agree. Its a tough and sensitive subject to bring it up but the writers did a great job raising awareness of the aftereffects it can have on a person who was in a sense violated. In the midst of a love story between SF and XJ they managed to educate us viewers. Not many cdramas that I've personally watched attempt such issues.
