if you think about it realistically, their romance never come to fruition, he betrayed Man Wol and even broke…
the Hong Sister stated in their interview about the romance, they said "It was a love where happy romance didn’t exist" so that meant even though Chang Sung and Man Weol loved each other, they would eventually had to let go and cherished the memory that they have while being together, Chang Sung know that he have to sent her to the afterlife and Man Weol know that, so their loved is not a happy one, it's a bittersweet one. Chang Myung on the other hand, made all of his decision for her and even in the last moment together he still haven't told her the truth. he wanted to Protect Man Weol but what about Man Weol's comrade, i know that Yeon Woo sacrifice for her, she still need to know why, well that explain in episode 14, but still Chang Myung never told her the truth. as for Yeon Woo and Mira, why would Mago decided to put them together? if you talked about Man Weol's love life, i told you, Chang Myung and Man Weol's love is a tragic love while Chang Sung and Man Weol's love is a warmth and healing love, Chang Myung made her suffered while Chang Sung heal her from that suffering.

maybe they were meant to be together in their past life, but their status made that impossible and for Chang Myung, he was never meant to be with Man Weol, it's was Ku Chang Seong, in his past life, Chang Seong and his father saved Man Weol from dying and even though the meeting was brief but it was destiny for them to meet each other and later meet each other again when he reincarnated into Ku Chang Seong and saved her from turning her into a evil woman, he's the one whose softening her heart and made her open her heart for the first time since 1300 years ago.
I enjoyed the ending but I was kind of hoping for a different ending rather than the typical “reincarnation…
remember, she doesn't have a mortal body, her human body is gone, only her soul left, tied to the Moon tree, she is practically a ghost, so she needed to move on into the afterlife
i broke down in tear when Chang Sung cried, you can tell he hold the pain for this past months and when he come to revelation that she would never return anymore and reminiscent about the time they being together, he can't hold it and broke down in tear, such an emotional scene, Kudos to Yeo Jin Goo
I really enjoy it so far. The plot, atmosphere, IU, cinematography etc. But I really can't stop being unsatisfied…
it's slow, but naturally coming throughout the drama, remember Man Wol have a painful past and seem to not trust as well as very reluctant to open her heart to anyone including her hotel's staff, Chang Sung knew that and decided to keep his feeling to himself. the chemistry between the two lead are organic, it's happen naturally compare to other drama whom seem force about the chemistry between the leading actors
So, what a BOD site?
