I finished this series. It’s not as bad as they make it seem but it also not a rewatch type of drama either. I like how they gave all the characters the ending they would have wanted for themselves. Zhuge and Xing kids are adorbs. Didn’t leave me wanting for more but I also was ok with it. Watch it at your own risk.

There was no happy ending. LM died and the female lead went to jail for something so ridiculous as excessive self defense when it was obvious that it was their lives or the offender. I am so glad I fast forward and not sat there watching the entire series and drive myself crazy over the injustices and the “good” cop. Justice is funny like that sometimes. You get none but suffering and despair.

The parallel world does not exist!!!! It was a lie Cirr invented to get close to Phu. The. End!

This one is actually worth watching. Not the best out there but not bad either. I binge it and don’t regret it. Watch it!

Stop making excuses with the “to gain more experience with a veteran actor” this is not ok when the female lead is over 10 years older than the male lead. Why the actual f is this ok when it is the other way around. Some People are just trash

Not sure why it has low rating as I am thoroughly enjoying this series. The MC are cute and they do have chemistry. The ML is one of my favorite actors and he delivers yet again! Please watch this. It deserves to be recognized because every single person from director to actors did a great job 👏🏽

It’s hilarious when they put an actor with an older actress people complaining and sh*t but when it’s the other way around it’s ok. People are trash (he is 11 years older than her)

They need to out age gap real life in the tag as well.

Not sure what the hate about this show. But I found it entertaining and laughed in a lot of scenes. It was intense also but it was watchable a solid 7.8. It was cute. 🥰

In the novel Chan falls in love with Jet but it happens way far along in the novel.

It seems Chinese dramas have come back this year stronger than before. Embracing modernity (we get more intimate scenes, kisses) and I am here for it! This is me generally speaking. Not particular to this drama I am currently watching “When Destiny Brings The Demon” and I blush almost every episode. Sima Jao is one of the best ML to date in Chinese drama land.
