Too many filler scenes is a Cdrama staple. 🤷♀️
It used to be so much worse. I remember watching the William Chan series ‘Only Side by Side with You’ in 2018. It was a 24 ep drama that had been extended to 40 eps. The sheer number of flashbacks was insane. Thank goodness they instituted quality measures to stop this.

She's not responsible for the feelings of the ML. They are friends, those are also ways that friends might support you. I feel that if the ML was unattractive the perception would be FAR different.

Dropped it at episode 23. It drags a lot, could have been better if it had 16 episodes maximum.
A useful analogy for this drama would be that it's a bath, not a shower. Both do the same job but one is efficient and the other allows you to luxuriate. Some people love it, others dislike it.

You are inferring too much. I didn’t call her anything. I sent you an informative link. It’s worth pointing out that you repeatedly called her a psychopath and then diagnosed ASPD, then went on to say that you ‘can’t diagnose someone based on one episode’. You could be more consistent. Have a lovely day.

I don’t care about the drama, at all. I do care about misinformation. As a medical student you should know that ‘psychopath’ is not a diagnosis nor a term used by the medical profession.
