Yea season 1 was good just it aired at wrong time. I think people.were hating on leo for no reason. Now he is up there n he shouldve reprised his role if it werent for all the negative comments about s1. S1 is actually more entertaining then Douluo Continent even if they changed alot fights cgi was dome better for older drama compared to Douluo Dalu.

Now xiao xhan isnt reprising his role either just hope the sequels will have higher budget for cgi and fight scenes choreography.

If they gonna replace xiao xan i think someome popular right now will be better move. Like lihongyi or xukai or dylan.

Since they already recasted leo wu in batttle thru heavens season 2 this could work if they just follow donghua like what blood of youth did. But since douluo dalu has alot of fight scenes the cgi has to be super high-quality.

Wasnt this suppose come out this month? Unless they are finally releasing longest promise first then this?

Hope th3y just copy the pacing of the donghua and start at the season 3 3 year agreement part n go foward. Unless they did whole reboot ?
Which mean series is gonna suffer alot of cut parts etc.

With success of blood of youth they just have to do what that drama did n mirror the donghua but make fight scenes look better instead of flashy cgi.

I just hope the fight scenes can bo good as the donghua. Is there any confirm release date? I remembered this was in development for couple years but now we finally got teaser.

I think she is just hating on the drama to to have ratings drop since her viewer seems to agree with her because this drama is breaking records.
Story is different then ur typical xian xia and if she didnt like first couple ep why watch all the way and still not understand the characters etc. She even hated on starry love and blood of youth. Even with some scenes cut it wont make u not know where plot is going or who this character is etc. I know people have their opinions but seems shes just trying bash the drama kinda sad.

All they got to do is copy the donghua exactly and just add more fight scenes n more romance then itll be good. No secondary side characters or love story since donghua right now just follows han li cultivating trying to survive etc.

I still dont get how they promote cdrama now a days. Couple days before release they release trailer ost trailers etc like til end of moon. Makes no sense.

It should be on app or YouTube. I watched most od blood of youth and starry love on youtube. Then downloaded app n pay that 2 dollars or something to watch more instead of waiting 1 ep a day on YouTube

Hope asher was the main lead instead after seeing his crying scenes from chongzi.

Dont forget to watch end clip called pretentious hour. There usually funny add on.

And bare with main female lead im beginning she pretends to be weak sick beauty so she does alot of fake cough etc but its funny tho cause everyone believe her.

If u want to watch something light and whole cast is funnyetc give it a go. Its only 24 ep n each ep has like little funny skit. Series is like tvb golden day where it just focus on character interaction not much palace or stupid typical trope or drama u c.

I actually hoped-for it to be longer.

I hope to c the cast again. Or have more dramas like this where theres light heart n comedy n whole cast r just silly etc. Reminds me of 90 early tvb series .

Yea drama is good for what it is despite censorship n probably alot of ep cut. All the actors played their roles well n ost is nice.

Just dont go in expecting number 1 xian xia drama .

Now sure what u watching lol. Hes more warm mischievous in this drama. Child like whenever he gets close to hualiuli. N there love for cats is too funny
