If they gonna replace main lead might as well have cheng yi play guli while han don't play jin yu. Female leads need be replaced looks like they were side characters in other shows.

Yes at end of season 1 both main lead and female lead dad became good and main villain was one of the zu sect master who absorbed the stone n learn the blood shadow move and they couldn't beat him so sealed him. Then at end thats when main female found she was pregnant and one of side character became evil it was main leads friend he was one of baddies of season 2.
Season 2 was weird cause it involved time travel. So female lead is daughter if main leads from season 1.
She meets her grandfather who is child as well as fight against her great grandmother who was main evil most of the show.
The guy who turn evil try to get the stone to revive his love one and something happened sending him and female leads daughter if season 1 in time . Story was pretty good just main lead didn't fit to be lead but main male lead n second male leads etc was reason y I continued since I liked their acting n story was interesting.
I believe at end female lead n main lead couldn't get together or something and she turned evil a bit or something n her hair turn white. It was main lead vs main female lead bc male lead was got some memories of his past life or something n sorta turn evil and wanted to kill female to get stone or something since it could cure his clan of some curse. .then second main lead guy sacrifice himself for female lead n male lead to be able to get together at cost of second main lead to live in some in-between realm for eternity and live alone or something. It was weird I really don't understand much since at time subs were not complete

They didn't really do nothing except Nicky Wu basically uses her but doesnt love her he only loved female leads mom who died, but in order to try save his wife or something she merged with him. So once in a while the mother will appear but can't see the husband.
While tumei it's a once sided love story she does whatever to protect Nicky from her brother bc they work under her brother.
Main female started falling in love with main guy long time ago just her father I think gaved her no love pill or something .
U sorta have watch season 2 cause that one involve time travel. So basically Nicky character the bad guy or female dad he was wide character in part 2 then his parents were also from one good sect n one main evil sect. So there love relationship and all things that happened to them made him who he is currently also with the events in beginning his brother trying marry girl he loves etc.
Season 2 is about main leads of season 1 daughter who accidentally time travel back to when her grandparents and great grand parents time and who they met etc. And shows how zu mountain became flowing island etc.
So almost finish and to me personally the series starts to drag around ep30 I mean it gets good when she meets with ye hua and ah li n them getting together just it felt so long. They kept pushing story to dong hua n fenjiu then the 16 xuan nu n li jing etc. I usually don't mind if side character get story time but most is same old thing as rest of characters love story which was kinda boring . Fast forward alot to see main scenes etc.
Unfortunately no. All series had to undergo review again bc of the whole culture copy thing. China only wants Chinese culture etc in these series so anything that looks remotely like other culture has to be edited out

Main guy was also one to kill n destroy the village. So at end he got influenced by the stone n became evil. Pretty good twist . Then later gets saved etc became good. It all ties in to the sequel as well.

Both series r good . Love is good cause of main couple have no misunderstanding etc. Only if they had main female lead show more of her capabilities as computer science major etc would've been better. I wouldn't mind seeing a remake with CGI like kings avatar when there in game or have more polished CGI like battle through heavens or soul land etc for in game.

I know cause of censorship bit not sure if Netflix subs are messed up but some part li jing will call her she and I thought nu wu or whatever her name is played by Bambi figured out she was a girl but she didn't. So they all assume li jing si yin n mo Yan were in guy to guy relationship?
Also it felt like she was in love with her sifu as well waiting for 70k years to revive him etc.

Look at what happened to Mirror Twin Cities. Alot of stuff felt rushed CGI was bad and u can tell there's missing ep.
Even Return of condor heroes remake was in development since like 2018-219 n still haven't release teaser etc.
Also now with these celebrities tax evasion or saying wrong stuff during interview etc makes it harder to tell if series gonna get released or delayed even more.
It's gonna get delayed furtherm stricter censorship. I heard they already cut out 21 episodes out of the 80. They don't want any type of foreign culture etc in these series so alot of series are being re reviewed.
Like love like galaxy since it's already airing I think they just let it slip but supposedly cut or censor lusi clothing that resemble kimono.
It's stupid too cause alot of xian xia looks more medevial style then traditional china and it's fantasy world so I don't get why the censorship. I understand if it's historical drama.
