For me it follows closely with some alteration of some scenarios. Ex..last scene in Ep.6 was not Jaemin stabbing himself but he only broke his coffee mug

Based on the webtoon, Jaemin left his job as a professor and went away while Suhyeon went back to the US after giving Daon his freedom. Daon and Seonghyeon became BFs and lived in same apartment. Daon left his job at the company and pursued writing.

As someone who read the webtoon...this adaptation is amazing and a work of art. I did not expect them to add some small details that would make this series more enjoyable to watch. Yes, ofc, I was a bit disappointed with the webtoon but I got hooked with this show.

You are right. The opening poster on episode 1 says it all: Suhyeon gripping Daon with his claws, Jaemin touching his head and the green flag guy trying to embrace Daon and shields him against the two. Suhyeon wants to posses Daon physically while Jaemin wants to mess with his head and manipulate his thoughts.

I agree...I was rooting for Suhyeon in the manhwa. They altered a bit his character here in the series making him more scary...but in fact he cares for Daon. He just fell from Jaemin's trap and he realized he was wrong to agree with the contract at the end. At least he has a redemption arc unlike the evil Jaemin

Jeamin resigned from his job as a Prof and went away somewhere. Special episodes are still on going in the manhwa.

Suhyeon made peace with Daon and returned to America with his brother.
