Let’s hope their is more development as we still have a bunch of episodes to go
I read your comment and had to think of a german saying that translates to „the train has left (the station)“. It sounds so stupid translated but anyway in this context it kinda means that I dont have any hope left tbh. It would surprise me if more than halfway through the show they decided to pay more attention to the storyline(s) but lets see and hope.
I actually thought that Armin took it because Thada just drank wine from the same wine bottle right before he…
But I’m pretty sure the others at the after party also drank from the same champagne bottle. Also there could’ve been sth in Armins glass before the wine got poured in or someone (in this case Thada) could’ve put sth in this glass right before he took it. All I‘m saying that he is acting way to reckless for some that keeps getting drugged lol
This had/has so much potential but sadly the budget seems to have gone into the visuals rather than the writing. I agree with most of the comments but for me the two things that I havent seen that many people mention is the lack of anything regarding Khanins dads. Khanin said he is only in Emmaly to find out what happened to his dad but that whole plot has less screentime than that dumb skincare ad. I know they teased sth for the next episode but still why is there like zero progress shown in the last 7 episodes.
Also the whole „the long lost prince who everyone thought was dead but has now reunited with his father“ plot is so interesting but why the fuck are the writers completely ignoring that. I said it a couple weeks ago but Khanins bio father seems to care about him as much as I care about leftover food. Its not like he is necessarily cold towards Khanin but it seems like the writers didnt care to develop a father son relationship at all. And also how not even Khanins father is shown to have any resentment towards the King for anything. There is so much to work with and give Khanin an interesting personality and show him struggle with his identity and so on.
I know this is a bl but developing characters beyond their on screen partners would add so much depth to the characters as well.
Who decided to give uncle this random ass health problem lmao The whole crew literally fighting for their lives because of super powers and there is alans sub plot about his back issues
Considering that Armin got poisoned twice in the first episode I was surprised that he still took the wine glass Thada gave him in the pool. I guess being nacked in a pool with a sexy and rich stranger makes you forget that someone is trying to get rid of you lol
I guess there is no such thing as taking drug test after the fight to makes sure everything is up and up that…
While I agree with you I would like to add a little fun fact. A few years ago I watched a documentary about a doping scandal during some olympics. And I remember that the man they interviewed was part of the people who made those performance enhancing drugs. He said that they would constantly change the compositions of those drugs just enough for them to avoid showing up during doping tests. And also they would find or make new drugs that werent even detectable on those tests.
I’m just gonna pretend thats whats going on here as well.
The whole point is that Sorn wasn't thinking clearly. He was so consumed and overwhelmed by his feelings for Jun…
What I‘m criticizing isnt Sorn being a confused immature asshole but the whole logic for the fuck buddy thing. I get that Sorn started that to be close to Jun while still keeping himself safe. But the things he constantly says „Tian this and he is still a kids that“ while fucking him in every position while at no point that logic is questioned is what gets me. Bro wouldnt have jerked him off at that pond and then a whole 4 years later started a sex ed class with Jun if all the things he constantly says mattered. And he had enough time to think all that over if that was actually where he draws the line.
If the whole plot was him suppressing his feelings for Jun while yearning and giving into his / their sexual desires I would get it. But the whole show started off sexual with Sorn constantly drawing a line at actually giving Jun commitment.
Imo the show gives us the impression that a committed relationship is more scandalous than a fuck buddy.
My whole issue with this shows logic / Sorns logic is that I just dont get it lol. If Sorn really cared so much about Tai and that Tai sees Jun as his precious younger brother he wouldnt have started anything sexual with him. In what world is it socially more acceptable to fuck someone senseless with a no strings attached while refusing to get serious with them. And I feel like up until now that really flawed logic is never addressed by anyone. Maybe a little by Jun in this episode but not really.
Same with the supposed trauma he got from that girl in high school. So her dad was gonna kill him cause the girl lied and said that Sorn pressured her to hook up or whatever. And Sorn takes that trauma and jerks off a 18 year old Jun in a garden? Isnt that the opposite of sth someone would do when they’re scared of younger people accusing them / being immature?
I know this show is a hella unserious no plot show and its build on raunchy sex scenes with a side of being overly jealous but plsssss Sorn is so punchable.
Babe and charlie dramatically fight/separate so much that I genuinely cant take it serious anymore. I just roll my eyes atp. I constantly said communication to myself during this episode. Especially when they started having sex again instead of talking it out properly (shocker).
Also this show suffers from having way too many couples/storylines that are half baked. Kim and kentas storyline is a prime example. Charlie and babe have more sex scenes than they have screen time.
But on a good note: Garflied is so fine. God bless the tight shirts and tank tops he wears.
I was actually screaming at the TV while watching. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was screaming with you. I‘m so bad with my finances but even I couldn’t believe the stupidity. Mawin acting like a toddler made it worse tbh. Youre the reason the debt exists so why act like someone did that to you. Just sell the damn truck.
Why tripple the existing debt if selling the car or necklace would’ve literally settled the original amount? I‘ve never been more confused by a financial decision. I know its to create drama or else the tournament wouldn’t be as important but it truly doesnt make sense.
"So you can bang the living shit out him but you draw the line at being in a relationship with him?"I truly believe…
At this point its that damn Sorn acting like the kid. He gets everything he wants from Jun from sex to a confession but draws the line at commitment. Toying with someones feelings is not very mature Sorn.
I‘m sorry but I cant take this whole „Jun is still a kid“ thing serious. Jun is a grown 22 year old and Sorn is only 4 years older. I know they have known each other for longer but the age gap with their current ages should not be an issue at all. I thought there was gonna be some big revelation about Sorns issue about dating someone younger but after finding out what happened it makes even less sense to me. So you can bang the living shit out of him but you draw the line at being in a relationship with him? Like sorry that happened with his ex but I hope we see him run after Jun like a sad dog in the next episodes.
Also there could’ve been sth in Armins glass before the wine got poured in or someone (in this case Thada) could’ve put sth in this glass right before he took it.
All I‘m saying that he is acting way to reckless for some that keeps getting drugged lol

Its so heart fluttering ahhhh
