Yes, this is what I thought while watching episode 13, too. The Hill/Ter SL is not only too long, but also confusing,…
Took the words out of my mouth. Too many episodes for a simple storyline that was/is dragged out too much and told completely out of order for no reason but to frustrate the viewer. A lot of these shows would benefit from an editor who knows when to cut scenes out or make them shorter. Idk who approved of this but 8 episodes for both storylines would’ve been enough. Even 16 for all 4 couples would’ve been generous if all the storys are this simple
I need someone to edit this after its done airing. I dont even hate the hill and ter storyline but jesus why did they drag it out so much. Someone put all of their important scenes in chronological order and call it a day.
I‘ve been saying this for a couple of episodes now. The cinematography and the vibes in general genuinely makes it feel like almost every episode could be the last one. Especially the first half of the overnight at hirukawas moms episode was so last episode coded. Every scene felt like it could be the last scene.
Omg yes youre so right. I wont have an opinion anymore and I will support everything with gay men in it blindly because I’m not a gay man.
You genuinely do not make sense. You can watch sth with a straight couple and have an opinion on it and so can any other person. And I dont know why youre so hung up on sex scenes. No one said that there shouldnt be sex scenes. People are saying that they could’ve been shorter/less sex scenes cause the drama is so complex and could’ve used the screentime on the plot.
And last part of your comment gave me the biggest laugh thank you. Neither your name nor your very very obvious ai profile picture that you just changed to another heavily photoshopped picture is you. I‘m sure youre a real person but its obvious your not the person you’re pretending to be. At least I’m not pretending to be someone by photoshopping pictures of random models. I genuinely hope you find your peace „lukas“.
Most people saying there were too many sex scenes complain about that because it took so much screentime that could’ve been used to develop the plot.
Also I see you so often on mdl with the same type of women hating comments. Idk what women have done to you but they can also have opinions even if they’re not the same as yours without you dismissing them because it comes from women jesus. I‘ve seen people in other bl dramas/movies comment section complaining about the lack of physical intimacy and guess what they were also coming from women. So I really dont understand what youre always on about.
I love endings like this. It leaves enough space for interpretation but also is a nice way to end everything tbh. I get why people want a second season given that its also based on a book. But I wouldn’t mind if this is the only season.
right.. like having a cutesy personality isn't that bad but why does he literally have the brain of a 7 year old
100% agree This is just my theory but I think that since the main audience for bls are (straight) girls and young women they pull every cliche they (used to) do in asian dramas. You know the dumb, poor and helpless girl and the stoic, rich and popular guy who saves her. A lot of bls fit into those cliches and try to use them as much as possible cause its basically the same target audience that will eat that up. But Teerak is a little too much even for that.

Yes exactly. Being a little childish would be fine but he seems to have never mentally aged past the age of 10. I wonder who characters like these are made for cause I find it a bit creepy when someone who has the mental age of a 7 year old is put into romantic settings.
You are really a toxic person! If you do not like Hill and Ter's story you can just fast-forward it, rather than…
Lucy everyone has the right to express their opinion respectfully without someone calling them a toxic person and clown. This is a comment section specifically made for people to share their opinions on shows and movies. And not liking characters or a storyline and sharing that is totally ok.
This is gonna sound like a back handed compliment but I love how Aelm doesnt care if he looks pretty or not while acting. He portrays the role of Boss so well, you can tell that he is a really talented actor.
I wanna hug Hirukawa and tell him that none of the things that happened are his fault, that he doesn't have to punish himself, that he deserves to be loved and that even if he is his fathers son he isn‘t like him at all. If he had ever done anything to his father at any point it would’ve 100% been self defense and even then he shouldn’t have felt bad about it.
I don't find it all that impossible, I am from India and in rural areas or even in cities in case of actual police…
That’s interesting. I didnt think its impossible but I find it very interesting that no one in the show seems to question it either. Because that was one of the first things I noticed. I‘m from germany and there would be a nation wide uproar if they investigated like this. It does happen but I think they’re quite strict here when it comes to doing things „the right way“.
A legal question: wouldnt the forensic investigation (idk what its really called) take place at another hospital if they’re suspecting and actively investigating people at the hospital? I know its in a rural area so the next hospital is probably far away but isnt this like a police department investigating the crimes in their own department.
Maybe the most disgusting, revolting korean movie so far..... Just a big montage of smoking and drinking......
Have you never watched a korean show or movie? Every college themed show or movie includes drinking copious amounts of alcohol and smoking. Not saying that its good or should be glorified but thats just a big part of the coming off age culture in korea. And also their alcohol/drinking culture is just huge in general.
I prefer their friendship in the movie more than in the series. I liked that it had a stronger emphasis on their friendship rather than romance because it felt like she wasnt as important in his life in the series especially for very important moments. The movie is a lot less depressing as well which doesnt mean its better. Both are good in their own right.

Oh no what will we do now. Society is ruined.
