The fact that the seasons where they traveled the actual "world" (other countries) are only called EXO's Ladder, but the season filmed in their own country is called EXO's Travel the World on a Ladder. It's kinda funny to me.
nope it is also available for international fans at youtube channel of SM C & C studio
They use SM C&C Studio just to promote the show. At the end of the teaser, it says "Exclusively on Wavve". Why would they air content on a public platform for free at the same time that they would air on a subscription platform?
This is something we can only find out when we see the poster, trailer, or drama. According to the information we have, there is no romance. Since emotions cannot be ignored in human relations (and the other main lead is a woman); we can say that it could be but won't be enough to satisfy the romance audience.
I think Kang Hoon is too old for Mo Jun Jie. Patrick was the youngest among them. Why didn't they choose an actor…
Mo Jun Jie doesn't appear as an adult for the long term, unlike the other two of them. He mostly appears as a student. So it would have made more sense to choose an actor in his early 20s.
JeoBeen can make melo like a pro....and Hyeoseop proved everyone he could do comedy being in one of the top kdramas…
How can Ahn Hyo Seop be new to the dramaworld? Unlike Jeon Yeo Been, he has never been in a movie anyway. And he has been in the dramaworld for 6 years and has been acting in only the main role for 5 years. How much longer does it take for him to be considered established?
I already watched a relationship that went nowhere in the first season for 14 hours for nothing. Now, y'all are saying that if there will be a 3rd season, I will have to watch a relationship that will lead nowhere either with another ML for 14 hours again? They are trying to present Yumi's experiences from these relationships and her exploration of her inner world, I get that. But there're literally movies that can cover deeper topics in less than 2 hours. Especially since Yumi is so relatable, her experiences and reactions are so predictable and not that worth watching. ESPECIALLY since her relationship with Woong was so awkward. Except for the montage scenes, there was a constant awkwardness and silence between them. So while the ML is her canon partner, we just could watch her old relationships as flashbacks. Except for the lessons Yumi learned (I'm sure it won't take 1 hour if you collect it.) in a season, the rest is fillers that are not worth watching.
Why does her filmography go backward? I wouldn't expect to see her in a drama like this after Mr. Sunshine.
Edit: To clarify, I didn't mean that this drama is a downgrade. Normally, all actors (i know) start with light dramas that play this quirky role. Then they prefer more serious roles. And since they've already had many light genre dramas in the past, we can't say that they weren't diverse when they chose work among serious dramas. But looking at Tae Ri's list, she has the opposite transition of genre than other actors. It's unusual and unique. I guess I was surprised to realize that she hasn't left these kinds of roles behind yet because I've gotten used to her as a mature actor.
No one cares when it’s older man/ younger woman but everyone suddenly cares when it’s the opposite. It seems…
Scientifically, women mature faster than men of their age. When women are younger, they can match the maturity of older men. So I think the problem here isn't the idea of the women being mature, but the men being immature.
How dark is it? And is the acting good? Haven't seen too many Chinese dramas but they've all felt off.
Have you watched Someday or One Day? I don't know if it matters, but it's a Taiwanese drama. Korea and China are making their own adaptations, so it's a hit drama. I recommend watching it without reading too much about it (I think even the synopsis on the mdl page contains a lot) and avoiding spoilers.
I don't think their chemistry matters as the drama doesn't have a romance tag on it and they probably won't be a couple. Just her being good at her job is enough. I remember liking her acting in Live On, but the Young Lady and Gentleman trailer I watched wasn't promising. So I just want to believe that comedy isn't her field.
