Ahh I'll never get the concept of GOOD girl, everyone regardless of gender have emotions. I seriously loved how she let it all the anger out, acted upon it, hurt people, got hurt, conflicted, denying her feelings, sometimes accepting it. It takes ups and downs to be a human. Then she experienced, explored, learnt, realized and changed. She can absolutely survive on her own anywhere, she has that in her. I love this too much. Her character arc is the best.
After reading all those things from that 'unfulfilled wishes' thread, I realized our wishes are more or less similar…
My Wishes-
Changge to say for once in front of A’Sun, “ You are my husband from now on”. I wish to see this exchange on that tree. Although she told him she has accepted the proposal, declared it to her mother and A’Sun was giddy already but lol I wanted to see him then. Even Situ Lang Lang said he was there for his discipline in law. That scene was cute, Changge’s look to Sun then.
Sun complimenting Changge on her dresses/ beauty. Nothing too vocal, just his eyes and smile would have done the thing. Here, though I’m very glad that he has always been focused on her as a person but it must have occurred to him how gorgeous she is! Whenever he sees her, he smiles too bright but you can feel it was never for her being a beauty but just for being Li Changge.
Changge to know the bond between Sun and Yuan, to see for herself. How beautiful it would have been to have such a where she experiences their bond, how tender they were together. It was such a delight for us to witness this relationship growing. Yuan is so cute gawwd.
A scene where Changge thinks to herself, “ Ah, this is my man.” Her adoring him, we have seen a lot of time Sun being proud of her and giving a look of, “Ah, she is my woman.”
After reading all those things from that 'unfulfilled wishes' thread, I realized our wishes are more or less similar but none of you mentioned these..maybe it's just me here but I desperately wanted some things in a very subtle manner. I don't want grand things, especially with Gesun. It's not that I'm unsatisfied with it but these are what I have imagined before the episodes appear and yes we all are too greedy which rather reflects that we are humans. I'm too grateful that this show came my way and made my days better. It feels like I'm not yet done with my admiration for the show. I need to pour out more. The post is too gesun centric but I just love them so much so yeah. Have fun!
