Okay. This series sucked, but I was waiting for other Buddy Line series to come out. This is the lowest rated BL I've ever seen and then they added: a movie, a sequel, and a Vietnam special. WTF is going on. They are beating a dead horse with this, but not releasing any other of the Buddy Line series?
I get the "plot" of the missing twin and the pizza boy, (con) artist painter, and car wash boy who are somehow complicent. It's that they threw in too many NC scenes that distract from actual character develpment and moving forward with the story. This BL is more about shock factor than story.
Just did a rewatch of this series. I needed a lighthearted BL. It is super cute, but for some reason, I can't figure out why the writers made secondary and tertiary couples scenes hotter than the main couple. Not complaining because it gave me all the feels I needed.
Thanks! Theat explains why it is not found on normal platforms. I must say that the artist won't go to far if it is not released on music streaming platforms because it is a beautiful song and many people seem interested in it.
Fake Love trope is so familiar.. (oh yess 2gether)..And how does a video of Phol with his dad is anything juicy…
That's what I was thinking! Phol could simply have said it was the driver dropping off his food, especially if the parents were the ones trying to convince him to pretend to be wealthy.
Episode 9 was so emotional! There have been many comparisons with this show to His Man (Season 2, of course, because season 1 was the learning curve). What distinguished this show is the physical (not sexual) and emotional connections in this episode. I love the fact that His Man season 2 cast get together as friends, and I hope this cast does the same. Does anyone know the song that was playing at the end when they were having their talent show at the campfire? I tried to pull it up on Google Assistant, but it gave me all the wrong songs.
This is one of the best dramas I've watched. It doesn't need explicit scenes to be amazing. The feelings are so real. Sea is doing an amazing job at playing a visually impaired person. The chemistry is off the charts. I know that we haven't hit the hard heart breaking episode yet, but I've already cried a couple of times. Even the bar scene when Day reunited with his friends gave me all the feels.
this show is almost half way over and NOTHING has happened, i want to like this show i really do i think ryan…
I agree! I watched it at 2X speed and it is so basic. Not even feeling the tension or chemistry between the main leads at all, and their relationship isn't really progressing.
Not really a BL, but a beautiful story. I never saw there relationship as romantic, and that is okay. They were each other's saving grace so that each could heal and move on. It was still love between them.
with the story. This BL is more about shock factor than story.
