I so wanted a little more definitive happy ending for Makki with Asato at the end. At least Eiji didn't really get his happy ending either. He gave up too quickly on Makki and didn't really fight for their love. It is an accurate portrayal of a man who comes out of the closet and goes back in to please his family. How long can a gay man pretend to be a happy straight man?

What an amazing story! The plot was simple and about two men looking for acceptance in their families, only to discover that accepting each other was more important. One who has a family, but struggles to reconcile with his father after his rebellious youth, and another who realizes he wasn't truly abandoned because he has the Grandpa who adopted him, and the man who fell in love with him. this story made me happy, then sad, and then happy again. It was beautiful and uncomplicated. The characters were easy to understand and the actors portrayed them very well. It was absolutely beautiful.

they did him dirty. Maybe I phrased it in a confusing way. He needs to find himself, love himself, drag his self esteem out of the gutter and find true love.

Mond is a great actor and now has shown he can play diverse roles. I really liked him in Not Me, but he didn't get too much screen time. I agree that Boeing did amazing at seducing half of the cast of this show!

They should hire you as the screenwriter for a season 2. Nick deserves redemption, but not without a scandal first!

Meen and Est in Love by Chance 2 (better than Mean and Plan) were a great pair. I so wish they had gotten their own spin off! It was a mature relationship that even involved raising a child.

I understand exactly what you are saying. We used to soak up any subbed content we could get, but now, the market is saturated and we question everything.

I don't dislike this so far. It's cute. Ai Long Nhai was cute too. My only issue is that Meen played an actual mature adult in Love By Chance 2, coupled with Est. I really wish they had a series of their own. Now he is in another series with Ping, who played a whiny kid in Ai Long Nhai. This first episode has Ping in another whiny kid role. I think they are now type cast. I'll still watch it because it's entertaining, though.

This was pretty boring to me and also repetitive of almost every Japanese office setting BL. Thank goodness Seto Toshiki steps up his game in Bokura no Micro na Shuumatsu (End of the World With You). This drama had the dead fish lips kisses and no chemistry, but End of the World With You was amazing with the chemistry between Seto Toshiki and Nakata Keisuki that was so hot.

It does. We can only hope for a public release next year.

If they stole it from iQiyi, wouldn't it have the same bad subs? For me the subs are fine. I get it about Dramacool. I subscribe to other platforms and pay only to be told the content I want to see isn't available in my area. I watch what I can on the platforms that I pay for. Other content, I turn to Dramacool. I would gladly pay if the content is made available. Some dramas aren't released to my area for a year. Ni modos, tengo que hacer lo que tengo que hacer. Mil disculpas.

It's not the best or worst I've seen. I do have to laugh at the production quality. In Episode 8 at the 1:06:34 mark, you can see the pole of the boom mic or camera in the lower right corner. In another scene, Sky is holding Vees hand and you can see the plastic from the tag sticking out.
