I think Studio Wabi Sabi was willing to go darker, and GMMTV tones things down for the mainstream audience. This was originally going to be darker. I’m just grateful it got to be released .

Maybe, it’s because GMMTV took over and “revamped” the plot. I will still stay in it for BounPrem.

I don’t think it was high pitched in Between Us, but a little juvenile and whiny. I still absorb all of their work. They don’t have to have over the top NC scenes and are not scandalous. This obviously wasn’t the intended work, but it’s finally here, and I will enjoy what we get.

Not what I expected, but with all of the cast changes and wait time, at least I get a BounPrem fix. They really are a great acting duo, so I hope they can deliver. I was not expecting this to be a comedy or the references to My Golden Blood.

Definitely was not originally promoted as a comedy. That threw me for a loop. Especially with the wait time for its release and all of the cast changes.

But at the end, other than agreeing to be boyfriends, there was little character development. The series seemed rushed.

I don’t know anyone who watches BL for “slice of life”. I thrive on the drama, misunderstandings, and scandals. It’s what makes a plot more interesting!

Did you watch this after Memoir of Rati started? Both dramas are so good and so distinct, but the chemistry is the same.

City of Stars was good, but Kimmon as a side character was awkward for me.

I used to not like Copter for his stiff acting , but somehow he and Kimmon worked so well together. He really grew from 2Moons. Now I miss them as an acting pair. Kimmon’s last ML work, A Secretly Love, was a hot mess. The subs were so bad, it was hard to follow.
