haha xD Seriously? Did you miss the countless times she zoomed off on the bike of Ji Soo, and Kim Rae Won playing her teacher? Two different peeps! Thanks for the belly laugh though.
don't neurosurgeons have psychological evaluation before they get their license tho? there's no way he would pass…
Isn't that the future of surgery though? Already keyhole surgery, uses robotics or rather, fibre optics to do surgery. It is strongly predicted, robots will start taking over jobs of surgeons.
I don't understand why people are so worked up about the plot, you do realise there are people who are that superstitious.…
I'm not superstitious, and will gladly step on cracks on sidewalk, walk under a ladder, open an umbrella inside. The one thing I won't do, is look into a mirror at midnight and say "Bloody Mary" three times. I just can't. It's funny how some things linger from childhood.
Park So Dam as the female lead? They couldn't find anyone better?
Jang Hyuk and Jang Na Ra are my dream team, but I think this girl can pull it off. Like I said, she's good, perhaps has a baby face, but if you look at her movie selection, she is not afraid to shave off her hair for a role, and takes her art seriously. You can't ask for anything better.
I watched the 1st ep raw, but it ends on such a cliffhanger! Also didn't see that coming with the kid, but it makes sense, because I think he was listening to no music on the ipod (not being able to understand anything sucks, haha, so don't judge me if I'm waaay off.) Enjoy!

Don't listen to jxsilicon9 :P Park So Dam is a rookie, but a capable actress. No worse than the likes we've already got. I suspect, maybe the original commentator is peeved she is young/looks young and is cast with a drama veteran. She's absolutely charming in "Because it's the First Time"
Also look out for her in Cinderalla and four knights, this August.
Why do so many people like the Queen Dowager??? I'm only on episode 9 but I still hate her. She hasn't actually…
The Dowager Queen is complex. She makes evil decisions, but it is because she wants a heir so bad. She will do anything to get that heir. At the same time she recognizes Hong Joo is a crazy ass bitch, and forming allies with her will end up wrong for the palace. She's caught between a rock and a hard place.
It's a good drama, but Shim Bu Nui is so annoying,How can she believe in that stupid superstition.
@CjRun. It can by anything. If you were in a soup kitchen, working your fingers to the bone, just so the homeless could eat - that is altruistic of you, especially when you expect no thanks. If you expect thanks, it can be argued you're working at the soup kitchen for personal gratification. It just means you put other's needs before yourself. You don't necessarily have to give up love.
We can take our mutually formed clenched hands, and do a fist bump together.

Here on this thread, or just here general? I comment here often *raises eyebrows* Noble sacrifice is altruism. It's when you do something for someone else, often in detriment to you, but you expect no favour to be returned. So say you were in the same position, you wouldn't expect that person to go through everything you did, to help you. What type of behaviour will surface from it? We're witnessing it with our very eyes. Recklessness to one's safety. Not caring if she's filmed and put on video-sharing sites.
In that sense, I'm very glad Su Ho's around to look out for her. She's deliberately putting herself in harm's way, perhaps in self-hatred or as a punishment, like manicmuse says. I am pissed they are trying to make the superstitions look like they're true. When she runs off to the shaman and thanks him...man, the fist I formed!
In short, Bo Nui is hella exasperating, but I'm glad there's a Su Ho out there, trying to debunk the myths and look out for her safety. Just as long as it flippin' sinks in!
Eventually their role will only be designated to button-pusher. Just you watch.
I heard, when younger, she trained in taekwondo, and for this role, she learned martial art techniques for months. It really shows.

PD-nim states all stunts are real, no double required XD
Do you know how precious that face is?
DO YOU?
