ZB1 is gonna have a problem, cuz there are too many centers, and not one pure vocalist with an amazing skill, not one real rapper ( I don't count people who rap by the way and are kinda ok, but not great). That's why it's actually a problem for them that either Keita or Kamden / either Jay or Hui didn't make it into the final lineup. But for whatever reason, MNET did it to themselves by giving minimum screen time to both Jay and Keita, who - just in my personal opinion - should've and deserved to make it. Anyway, in result ZB1 is going to have some great talent that won't shine as brightly as it should because the group itself is going to be kinda generic. A well-built group has easy to spot "specialists". You should instantly know who is the rapper, who is your main vocalist, who's the leader, who's the center, who's the people's person, who's the resident songwriter etc. Here it's like...most of them are interchangeable, which also means that they are kinda forgettable. Listen, I know there is real great talent there, but the only 5 that I actually see having this "specialist" quality about them are Sung Han Bin, Park Gun Wook, Seok Matthew, Kim Ji Woong and Zhang Hao (even though I am not personally crazy about the latter two or even three, but you can't refuse them their rightful spot). Well, it could've been an actual great group, but it's gonna be maybe somewhat good.
jay's technique is way better, his voice sounds really soft but hui's voice sounds so strained and forced.
It's not about my opinion (which I tried to keep as objective as possible for the sake of this conversation). It's about actual professional assessment of their craft.
Jay & Keita were robbed, honestly. And - just a personal opinion - Sung Han Bin was too. He truly deserved his original 1st place. Lastly, Park Han Bin deserved better as well.

Actually, Jay has better chops. Besides, talent can't be taught, and technique can. Anyway, Hui's technique isn't necessarily better. What he has though, is more experience. He's 8 years older than Jay and a leader of a group that debuted in 2016. That makes a difference in how seasoned and mature he is as an artist and performer, but doesn't make him a better singer.
They have sex, although it's not very explicit, if that's what you're asking about.
That doesn't say anything in Thai BL, really. I don't remember which it was, but I've seen a show with NC scenes and a 13+ rating before....LOL I would say 15+ is about right though. And for less innocent kids even 13+ sounds good to me. Nothing much happens here.
I just don't understand why MDL have people comparing two different couples with different stories, different…
I hear you. I feel like some people are trying to compare Donald Duck with The Lion King just cuz both of them are cartoons about animals, if you get my drift. I liked Not Me or 180 Degree Longitude Passes Through Us, and I like this (and many more BL shows). They don't mutually exclude each other LMAO I like them for completely different reasons.
I just don't understand why people feel like they need to put down actors and shows solely based on personal preferences, without any concrete reason, just cuz "mmm...no, I didn't like the MC, so the actor must suck"
I guess it's personal preference. I personally like cheeky/power bottoms (which is how I would classify Cher as).…
I couldn't care less for who produced this show. And the OP is absolutely entitled to have their own opinion - to which I have pointed in my posts . However, I would appreciate it if the OP focused on just that - their opinion - instead of giving us their supposedly ultimate truths, and calling them "objective" (wut???).
What I'm commenting on is that the OP might be just a bit unfair towards the cast of this show and the actual show. AB&AB has a lot of fans who actually appreciate it & like the characters (8.3 anyone? I assume it didn't appear out of thin air LOL). If it was THAT bad it wouldn't be ranked so high, now would it? I'm just not a huge fan of posts in which somebody bashes something cuz they feel like their POV is the only one that matters, instead of having a more openminded perspective.

There is nothing objective about your (or anybody else's, for that matter) personal opinion.
Whereas I agree that we have to be critical about the content we consume, me and my bf actually really like the show. It's not gonna change the world, but it's easy to watch, fun, cheeky and cute. I have nothing bad to say about the actors' chemistry nor the way they act. Yeah, the script isn't groundbreaking, so I just skip the friends' parts. They're defo not going for an Oscar with this, but it's not half bad.
i suffered enough and now i am finally dropping this. there is no plot in this show. they just randomly glued…
I guess it's personal preference. I personally like cheeky/power bottoms (which is how I would classify Cher as). Apparently, this is not your type, so you don't - which is absolutely fine. But it's a type. Going as far as calling an actor out on bad acting and writers out on creating a horrible character cuz of that is a bit much. You don't need an additional reason to like someone if they are your type (see: Gun and Cher). I know irl guys who first got together with their bfs cuz of less...let's call them "profound" reasons, and believe me when I say that none of them were above the waist LMAO
You dislike what you call "low stakes" shows, I like them. They're relaxing. Take my mind off things when I need a break. Simple.
Iโm here to do my weekly comment dump on this ridiculous yet weโre-still-watching-it-anyways BL. I swear the…
LMAO 100% agree. It's really a shame though...it looks like this production actually had a decent budget...if only it also had a good director and screenwriters.
Don't forget that supposedly there is a mole at the company. I bet the last 5 eps are going to be about 1) Thoop's…
Also, Cher has to move in with Gun, and if we're lucky (?), we're gonna have a wedding too LMAO jk...Fortunately, I don't think it's in the cards for this series, but you never know....bombastic side eye at Bed Friend๐๐

So much for your "objective" opinion.

Wait...actually, at this point such plot twist wouldn't be that impossible in this show LMAO ๐
Anyway, point is I'm not sure Ken realizes Lue is Din. So far everything points to him thinking Lue simply took over Din's life to an extent.
