Had I not seen the cast list, I would have thought that there are 3 sets of main leads. There are too many POV being shown. I would have just preferred to follow only Great and find out the other details together with him.

Don't know if anyone has said this but this is what I think.
Great coded at 11:00 which is why he keeps seeing the clock stuck at 11. But the minute is actually moving and we just got to 11:02. I'm guessing 3 episodes we've seen so far happened in 2 minutes while he is coding. Maybe, he has 4 minutes to change his past or he actually dies because the brain can survive without oxygen only for 4-5 minutes. So these 8 episodes happens in 4 minutes.
