Eternal Bookworm, Anime/Manga addict since forever, Asian drama fanatic since 2005. I mostly watch Korean, Chinese and Thai dramas with the occasional Taiwanese and J dramas thrown in the mix. Not a big fan of the latter, so I mostly stick to Anime when it comes to Japan. 

Current Drama Status: 

2025 has been filled with mid and/or mediocre K dramas so far , so I'm currently stuck in the middle of a bottomless K drama slump. If I ever (try to) get out of it'll be mostly for language learning purposes  keeping my expectations lower than low.

Ratings : I only rate shows I've completed. Most important criterium for ratings is my level of enjoyment and emotional investment. I don't care for perfect plots with no soul. If I don't care about any of a show's characters, no matter how well crafted it is, I won't rate it above 7.5, period. 

• 6.5 and below: It sucked. The lower it is, the worse it gets.
• 7/7.5: Good to pass the time, but wouldn't have bothered if I had known. Too many flows plotwise and/or in terms of pace, dry story etc...
• 8/8.5: Pretty good. Some minor flows. Won't rewatch it though but not much to complain about.
• 9/9.5: Great. Might have removed some points for some minor pet peeves of mine or because it lost some steam near the end but not enough for me to downrate. Would definitely rewatch on occasion.
• 10: Ultimate favorites. Not necessarily flawless BUT I DON'T CARE. 

Side note: I tend to be EXTREMELLY generous with BLs overall for a variety of reasons. Basically, take any BL I've rated (albeit for a few exceptions) and remove 1 to 1.5  points to get the ratings I would have given them, had it been a "straight" show. Might change in the future, but for the moment, that's how I rate them.

• No 'Dropped'  List  => Shows dropped are just not rated, nor listed just deleted.
• No 'To Be Watched ' List  => I don't subject myself to FOMO. I watch shows, when I feel like it.
• No 'On Hold' List => If it's 'On Hold', it's bound to end up dropped so I don't bother.
• Ratings only on Completed shows => Rated shows on my 'Currently Watching' List are shows I'm currently re-watching.
