A vest with steel plates will help with the stabbing along with the other safety measures I said. Well, he's a celebrity who already had a crazy fan who had access to his house, so she can use that excuse to not only make him wear a vest, but carry a gun, have bodyguards, security cameras, inside locks,....

Exactly my point, every time she traveled to the past she screwed things up and everything changed. Instead of focusing on changing the past, just get everything ready for any day in 2023 until the culprit is captured. Again, she knew the name and everything about the culprit, just find him. That would have saved a lot of suffering.

She cannot ask him to wear a bulletproof everyday and carry a gun in 2023 until they capture the culprit but she can make him suffer for 15 years, right? I'm pretty sure he would have preferred the vest, don't you think?
