Basically because she makes no sense. She knew the time, day, place, the weapon used, the culprit face and how he got access to the apartment, right? Well, instead of making Seon Jae suffer for 15 years how about being happy with him and when ‘that’ day arrives make him wear a bulletproof vest, or get a gun, install security cameras everywhere, change the key code, call the police with some lame excuse to show up 10 minutes earlier, have the building surrounded by the police, throw a party, leave the Country that day…..so many options better than making him suffer for 15 years.
