I just watched it for the first time and I couldn't care less about actors' personal situations, so no idea what Mew behavior is/was.
In my case this was too infuriating. It was just a horrible event after another. From physical abuse, to verbal abuse, to harassment, to homophobia, to pedophilia, to rape, to betrayal.....and more! I gave it 8/10 since even though I had to pause and fast forward it several times, it was not boring and had a happy ending.
Also, those brothers Tum and Tar were weird to watch. I did not understand that relationship- so I'm not sure if incest has to be added to that list.
Absolutely, sadly a lot of the older BLs are very toxic( some of the newer ones are better but not by much)
It was a long chain of horrible events. So infuriating! Type punching Tharn's face several times for no reason. Tharn just accepting it. Tharn harassing Type while sleeping and bathing. Type being raped when he was a child, Tar&Tum weird relationship, Type's homophobia. Tar being raped by 3 guys. Lhong being a jerk.....and more, and more!
It was like the writers said- "Let's come up with all the nasty incidents with no consequences and all the names starting with the letter "T" you can think of and let's called it a day!" Also, what's up with those 2 brothers Tar and Tum? It was too weird to watch. Is that relationship addressed in the 2nd season?
