It's not just the fact that they were gossiping, it's more about what they were bitching about. That nurse was saying that nobody was going to vote for Wandee because he got rejected by Ter. What does that have to do with Wandee's performance? In real world Plakao, Ter or Wandee would had just reported that nurse and his butt would had been kicked immediately.

In these dramas many times I laugh at the situation but immediately I go like- 'wait! what!? that makes no sense. 😂
