Sadly I have to agree. I dropped Cherry Magic- Thai but I'm still going to watch this one because I really like the story.

Now that I remember, I started IFYLITA but dropped it for slow, I'll give it another chance.

Giving me '609 Bedtime Story' and 'The Hidden Moon' vibes. Hopefully we don't get the same type of ending in here. There's another one with two rooms/worlds connected with a mirror that I forgot the name right now but the ending was disappointing too, so I'm concerned. 🤔 but already hooked!

That season got a lot of hate because Maki wasn't there.

I was thinking of old guys in BLs from Thailand but not that many get a lot of screen time. The only ones that came to mind are Mile's dad in KinnPorsche (as you said), Leng's dad in Kidnap and Perth's dad in Dangerous Romance. But I can't picture neither of them as Kurosawa.

I watched Lovely Writer and Century of Love but don't remember the old guys from there.

I think the cameo was them, Earth and Mix (the actors, not the characters), fan servicing Moonlight Chicken in Japan.

In here they could have Tanaka and Hayashi fan servicing Ossan's Love in Thailand, or something else.

They really got me! From the poster I thought he was Nam Yoon Su with a special episode of Love in the Big City, that was meant "only for fans"! 😂
