I just finished watching it and saw your comment. That epilogue was soooo cute, my heartue.. still needs a minute to calm down!! 😂💕💕💕 And you're absolutely right, that someone didn't like something we did shouldn't stop us from enjoying it and gushing about it.

I came here to gush about how much I'm in love with the pacing of this drama and how effortlessly you sit there watching it as the story unfolds. Then read the comments and I'm like, okay, don't feel like posting anymore. Don't know how I somehow always end up here at the comments section when I specifically try not to. Don't get the negativity. Don't get the need to spread it, when keeping it to yourself is always an option.

So, to all of you who didn't rate this one anything less than a 9 (cause let's face it, 8.1 is a pretty darn weak overall rating for this drama); what prompted you to do so? Was it the promise of a romance that never happened, or?

Agree! I dived in seeing Oh Yeon Seo in this, she automatically translates into "strong female lead" in my head. Got disappointed big time. Watching Under the Queen's Umbrella right now, Kim Hye Soo is everything! 100% recommend it to everyone looking for strong female leads.

True. It was an OK watch, I've watched far worse. I wouldn't go as far as to call it a masterpiece per se, but it didn't make me wanna stab my eyeballs out with a rusty fork either.

Someone please tell me why they're keeping a seemingly well functioning woman, who is of no threat to herself or anyone around her, in a hospital ward.

Oof! South Korea is the birthplace of the revenge drama, no one can convince me otherwise. And this one felt like a nice throwback to the golden age of Korean makjang with a modern twist to it.

Don't think everyone appreciated the shock content and the nudity. Shows with such elements in them usually garner a lower rating on here.
To me, it felt like the premise of the show was all over the place. Without knowing, I could tell this had to be adapted from a novel or a webtoon or something else as these types of shows usually tend to be contrived for obvious reasons. I can identify bits and parts that really impressed me about the show but I don't really think all the bits and parts are coming well together. I'm not sure what I just watched and I'm not sure if I hated it or loved it, but the experience was definitely unique. Regardless of everything, I don't think anyone here who watched this show will be forgetting it any time soon. That's for sure.

This gave me major Oldboy vibes towards the second half of the series.
