Awww I can't watch Horror (tears)* but glad to see there are recommendations for films outside of Korea :) I hope there are future recommendations for other Thai films - I particularly like A crazy thing called love :D
I think what people are mostly referring to are female characters who were initially strong-willed and gave away great impact breaking the "Damsel in distress,Candy" stereotype from the get go (very first episode). So Tae Gong-Shil would not be the case.
Omo he slapped the star out of that little girl. And no one did a thing
Personally I didn't find it shocking. For the first time the father showed indication that he cared for his daughter, heck the little girl tried to kill herself. Yes, he did show regret for hitting but in that situation it was understandable.
Ah, just another remake, Kaseifu no Mita was good.
If they changed it drastically it would ruin the drama, as the original was perfect. The Korean version is longer so it allows more room for character development, and who knows the ending might be different.
However it feels bittersweet considering Bunny will love Kay in her human years, but eventually fall in love with Alex for eternity.
Regardless of this Song Jae Rim (Kay) was the actor that made it worth while for me to watch - he's got great potential :)
