In the end everyone and I mean LITERALLY gets their happy endings, except for the mains. Seol continues to be a doormat for her co-workers, and Jung sends himself off overseas to work on himself. Yes, Jung needed help but to scapegoat on the other characters and say that they were fine was disappointing. I thought Seol was suppose to learn and become more assertive, I guess the lesson learnt is "Bare with it, let people walk over you and you'll be just fine". The only redeeming scene in the last ep was seeing Jung give Inho the signed Piano book.
I'll agree with the horror themed dramas haha, but definitely not:
Flower Boy Ramyun Shop - It was hilarious at times, like watching a shoju anime
Hello School Girl - A cute film. I wasn't a fan of Kang In's story though.
Goong - It was my first korean drama I watched. A Classic you need to watch even though it's crazy draggy. Love the OST.
He Was Cool - Great in the beginning, lukewarm by the end. Still I loved it haha, he really was cool.
Is it me or am I seeing that it's neither his wife or his kids o_O Anyway's I don't think that's his wife (She's a judge and refrains from appearing to the public).
One thing that doesn't sit that well with me are the flashbacks, their school days. I mean they should have cast…
Man I thought I was the only one getting annoyed. I actually ended up skipping the high school scenes, it just didn't look realistic. If there's going to be more high school scenes I will cringe. .... but I will still watch the drama too haha
I think if you're going to put up a reality based genre you've got to really amp up the comedy (The Office) or reel in the drama (The Kardashians) in order to draw in viewers. It's slightly lukewarm but I'll continue to tune in because it's such a different drama from the usual korean dramas I've seen.
It's about time Thai actors are getting noticed, the Thai film industry is really hitting it off these days :) It reminds me of the time when Korea amped up their rom-com films in the early 00s.
Been waiting for a Shoujo film adaption as good as "Kimi Ni Todoke" but the ones piling up lately don't seem as promising. A little tired from getting excited, then later being underwhelmed - one by the lead actor's acting abilities the other by script & directing.
No wonder I found her familiar, she was the transgender patient in "It's Okay, That's Love" - her story was really touching. She really stands out in Liar Game, hope she does well in the future :D
