Bun-ok, as much as she annoys you, if the story was told from her perspective we would support her. She is so smart she caught on about suho being a spy. She has every right to be jealous of rich girls who have so much privilege because of their parents (aww so sad you're being kicked out of the dorm, she isn't kicked out of school). She is the sole provider for her sick mother and works hard. Why would not snitch on a supposed spy? If she thought it was a protestor, the media made student protestors look bad, maybe she wanted to rat him because she believed that narrative and wanted the money. She should be angry at young-ro for helping someone who is a North Korean spy because now she is trapped in her dorm fearing for her life. Wouldn't you be mad?! She is loud, and rude but she speaks the truth!! If she was the main-character, nobody would hate her.

This is the exact drama I have been looking for... the EXACT TO A T!! Drama that takes place during an unfortunate period (democracy movement, war, hostage situation) and the male lead is kind of a bad guy. Action, thriller, mystery, with a sweet but not immature romance. Young-ro is not a stupid girl, which makes me love it even more. It hurts, omg the last scene I was holding my breath, but I was proud of young-ro.

If anyone got recommendations to a drama that is JUST like this.... PLEASEEEE TELL ME! I'm fine with any language. Not a delinquent, but an actual bad guy (anti hero maybe) falling in love with an innocent girl but the theme of the drama is darker. Please and thank you <3

Can anyone recommend me a drama similar to the vibes of this? I didn't like the other versions of BOF because the boys are still assholes to people other than the FL and don't really get their comeuppance. I love how bullying is taken seriously here and the FL isn't stupid. She is scared but ultimately does what she thinks is right. I wish to have a FL that doesn't let the bad guys walk all over here and isn't stupid brave.

Anyone have recs? Must have strong/not naive FL, ML can be an asshole but he has to get his just punishment for it, can be any setting school/work/etc. I wanted to try out the Japanese version but idk if its similar to the Korean one which I HATED. Thank you in advance lol

Your trauma doesn't excuse your inhuman behaviour.. I really love how seriously the bullying is taken in this show and loved the connection to anonymous bullies on the internet. If they turn it into a joke later I'm going to be very disappointed. I also hope F4 gets what is coming to them, not just love. I want them to be held responsible for the damage they have done and not let it be ignored after they've "changed" by the female lead. The first episode has me hooked unlike every other version of this show and I can't wait for the next :)

I love this so much... the first episode is so fun! I like this over mnet's other reality shows because these girls are just regular girls who aren't restrained by their company. They talk and they talk LOUD! It's so entertaining to see regular people, who happen to be dancers, on the show! They are all so funny, and the judges are all so fun and nice! I love it so much...

I knew I would love street woman fighter the moment one girl said "I should challenge chaeyeon cause I'll probably get so much screentime." I was like DAMN.. You know how korea's entertainment works!

I know the problem cause it's her ex team, and true that is the main problem, not really being a back-up dancer. And yeah many people do leave at low points, honestly if I were in her situation I may have done that! It is her karma, but the show makes us pity her and her situation and make her look like a victim. I don't like the way they are like HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO HER, SEND HER THERE!! Like... cause of karma.

Damn, I hate this lol... What's wrong with being a backup dancer for one performance, they acting like she's fallen to the lowest of lows?! Being an idol working part-time jobs to survive it much more embarrassing than getting a chance to perform on stage.

Honestly, I would be exactly like the Killa members if one member left because we were failing. Think about behind the scenes, this group was so afraid they would have to disband or their future was doomed and one person even left them. They stuck through with their problems just like cotton candy and were able to get back up. And Hyunji wants to yell and beat Troy? Do you forget what you did to him?! You even knew you were wrong and never went to apologize... I would ruin the people who hurt and betrayed me!! I'm not a good person I guess :P Forgiveness is usually overrated, but apparently its only okay to forgive the leads of the show. They are allowed to be mad at others but nobody can be mad at them, got it!

You are even more selfish for not performing a charity event! You better pay for the damages! People who paid to see Mars, amount of money went to preparing the event... Just because one person wants to move on (kind of). You are doing this for someone who betrayed you as well?!?

I know Elle is probably having a hard time with money and family problems and is looking for a stable future. She should know her dream job never assured that! But how can you be so mean to people who you were with you for 7 years! What is with her pride? Why is she so against performing with them? Just stay with them and do something else for support. Ask for help! What annoys me the most is that I doubt the writers will explain everything about her rudeness. There will be the main reason for her distancing herself, but not for her jackass behaviour. She deserves everything happening to her!

Sorry, I had to get that off my chest. I really cannot sympathize with Elle unless I get A REALLY GOOD REASON for it in the last few episodes.

yeah... elle is number one on my hate list now lol! I hate her for her selfishness, maybe her family issues and money is a priority which I understand but why does she have to be so aggressive to jenna? Everything she says makes so no sense... why you gotta push her down? Where are you coming up with these things about her? Why can't people just have a normal conversation LOL

I especially hate when both of them get mad at their ex manager, like he understands you but that doesnt mean you get mad at him... I hate it when I don't see people apologizing and explaining themselves. They kind of let hyeonji get away with everything she did because she is better now but I would appreciate a moment where she just grovels in front of them. I think we may see that from elle too next episode, I can't wait!

Damn true... but I wish they showed more people that were afraid... I guess this is an idea of what would happen to society if this occurred in our world, and I'm afraid that would be true lol people going crazy against non-believers. This stuff happened a lot in history I guess too...

I really don't want to be that person... but good lord Chae Ah looks so much like Blackpink jisoo.... the way she speaks too just reminds me of her, her lips and face shape especially! When I see pictures of the actress, she's not that much like jisoo but in the show, idk what changed but damn!

Also... damn I hate Hyeonji and it has only been one episode. I would not have the patience Jena does, I would speak my mind right away or she's getting more than a push to the ground!

It really was not difficult to understand... Idk what people were confused about? They have clear dialogues explaining themselves... they don't show but tell! I get why people don't like it, but I'm surprised people dropped! I kept watching because I was angry lol I was mad at why a certain character did something, I wanted to see the cliff-hanger on that live stream! I was hooked... but I was mad. This show made me mad...

The acting was great... I have never Yoo Ah In in a show, and he did great! Wow.. everyone was fantastic. The characters' reasoning was good too except that everyone in the world seemed too credulous... how do they all fall for this crap lmao! There aren't people questioning it, cause apparently, everyone believed it! I'll leave it there for you to watch hehe

I think everyone should try out the show... I believe a lot of the people dropping haven't tried this genre of drama before. Maybe they were expecting something different with the casting and the trailer with the monsters. It keeps you hooked if you are into thrillers :)

Agree with everything! Everyone's character's reasons are justified in a way even it is annoying. Like FL is justified because she is young, immature, and feels betrayed lol. The ML is doing what he has to because he is the prince. Of course, he could try and prevent what happened to the Danchi people by being a lil smarter but it was inevitable.. everyone is expendable except the emperor (if you won't do it, I'll get someone else to do it).

I really dislike the 2ML... I haven't moved past ep 32 but I know about a few things that will happen. I can't believe he tried to become xiao wo... he acts like a saint! At least the ML hates himself for what he did and acknowledges it, but the 2ML nahhh.... gtfo lmao!

I feel bad because the leads were both born into these positions... the princess didn't ask to sacrifice her life or love for her country... I wouldn't want to be in her position. However, she is so privileged to complain about stuff, not even realizing it. I try to understand her but she keeps annoying me haha!
