I forgot to add, when SJ dumped teenage GTK, the puppy love is dead. Thru out the next 10 to 15 years GTK never…
Granny Evil forced SJ to dump TK in order to protect her (Se Jin's) family. Then she used her power to coerce her into marrying her teen crush/love TK. 60 years of terrorizing her family and others but somehow Granny is "redeemed" because of a baby. No. F**k no.
everyone on this other platform I use to track my shows is defending joon ha... did they just start the show a…
I haven't defended Joon-ha on MDL (although I could point out mega hypocrisy if I wished), but I am unaware of any other platform that actually defends him. If you are a generous person, please identify the platform. 🥰😊
It’s his mother trying to implicate him? The relationship between her and the detective it’s too suspicious…
I just realized that one reason I haven't bothered to watch in a couple of weeks is my deep fear that Kang Min might somehow be the culprit. When clues and hints point everywhere randomly, too often the good guy ends up being the "bad guy". I 💕 my Seo Ji Hoon too much to watch that.
Definitely putting this on hold until it's over because the syrupy sweet main couple just isn't my flavor of romance.
[Meanwhile, I am re-watching early episodes of Destined With You because it's fun, and I love couples that bicker by a writer who knows how to write with wit, whimsy and spice.]
Sorry to hear that. But I did post a comment recently to a commenter that her loss of weight might be due to something…
Maybe I misunderstood? In the press conference for TRHC, a reporter asked BJH about why she wasn't able to take on a role (and I thought it was Crash Course). But I just did a search on Naver for summer 2022 and couldn't find anything relevant. MEANWHILE, apparently around the same time, Yoon Hyun Min said in an interview that he was planning to marry BJH and have a daughter! Interesting that the break-up occurred near the end of non-stop filming (TRHC) after she essentially stayed off-screen for over 4 years.
One thing that really struck me was watching the clips Ericka posted of her in Jugglers and the other drama. I…
For the last several weeks, I have FF through many of her/TK scenes but noted that she always looked forlorn/passive even if the scene was nominally a pleasant or positive one. I haven't watched episodes 47/48 yet because it's a long holiday weekend here in the US and we are hosting family. Tomorrow I will be able to sit down and watch every single moment with Jung Eui Jae - which, according to your comments - is most of the two episodes. 😊😊😊

Someone (you??) commented that Yeon Do hardly speaks anymore and just sits most of the time? And that TK did all the talking in recent episodes? and then I read the article about the break-up which sounds like it occurred several weeks ago but was just confirmed on September 4th?
I surprise myself when I cried in the closing scene where JH cried as he was carrying Haneul and telling her to…
Jung Eui Jae is my favorite actor in this drama. I haven't watched episodes 47/48 yet but according to comments, he is in a significant number of scenes. I intend to sit down when I have time to actually watch the actor's performance - this has been a break-out role for him because it is so different from prior roles where his character is rather bland supporting role.
Sorry to hear that. But I did post a comment recently to a commenter that her loss of weight might be due to something…
This was supposedly Baek Jin Hee's comeback role as well - she was slated to be the FL in "Crash Course in Romance" (filmed in 2022) but pulled out for "personal reasons".
Actor Jung Eui Jae said from the beginning that the viewer would hate his character but he hoped they would still look forward to watching. Congratulations JEJ - you did it. 🥰
IMO, there's nothing wrong with breaking the formula. Time and again, viewers complain about the cliches and tropes…
Hmmm. . . .maybe writer-nim changed the plot. The target audience isn't netizens (for the most part, under age 30). Target audience is the grandmother, niece, cousin, sister-in-law sitting down to watch a "clean" family drama every Saturday and Sunday night.
Regardless, viewers were promised we would learn Joon-ha's family if we "watched until the end" and I still hope (Foolish is my name) they won't betray us.
OMG - some one who practices critical thinking??? Prepare for the missiles coming your way.
Lots of armchair" lawyers" on MDL who believe they understand Korean laws regarding custody, parental rights, adoption, etc. They will cite articles but somehow haven't bothered to read the Civil Code (and yes, I have).
However, Sabin Bir - this is a kdrama and the legal niceties aren't exactly a hallmark of the genre.
Meanwhile, Jung Eui Jae is doing great in a role unlike his prior ones and hopefully this drama will be a stepping stone for an actor who has been in the business (acting) less than 5 years.
I've mentioned before, but the only reason I am watching anything related to Uncanny Counter is because of In-soo. He is my favoritist of all kdrama actors.
tvN and/or Studio Dragon wanted him so he agreed - even tho he was already committed to THREE other dramas/films that were filming during the same 6 months and was required to juggle between 4 different projects.
Yoo In-soo - it's time to take on a romantic lead role before you go into military (2026). 🥰🥰
The Writer doesn't follow the Kdrama formula properly. The formula is usually this1. FL meets ML, hate each other,…
IMO, there's nothing wrong with breaking the formula. Time and again, viewers complain about the cliches and tropes and demanding something different. I have frequently posted that this drama is like 5 separate books or novels. Apparently Book 5 is Joon-ha's book. Works for me since I always found the mystery of Joon-ha's family to be the only interesting thing about this drama.
I know it's a long shot, but there is no question in my mind that the original story was that TK and JH are fraternal twins. Writer-nim may have changed his mind and it looks impossible at this point, but I'm convinced that was the original plot.
Hiding that shithead JH was adopted and him not knowing in order to stretch this repetitive nonsense arc out over…
That's what Sister Sister said??? Geeeez, I hate her sanctimonious. selfish little soul. I hate the message as well. Many articles written about how Korean adoptive parents - even today - hide the fact and will lie to friends or even family that the adoptee is somehow related by blood.
My fondest dream continues to be seeing In-soo and Arin starring in a Rom-com.
Definitely putting this on hold until it's over because the syrupy sweet main couple just isn't my flavor of romance.

I hoped for a different story arc for Kim Joon-ha, but ratings don't lie. Happy for actor Jung Eui Jae - my favorite of all cast members.
