Is it just me, Ko Seul Hae and the ghosts who want the old dramatic dumbass CCW back? He was hella cool as Poong…
Add me to the list. I really liked the old CCW, the blue-eyed CCW with his super power, am neutral about ancient Poong Baek (not my kind of love story) but found this new version unbelievable, even with the contrived "explanation". I guess writers did this to prolong them becoming a real couple until maybe end of Ep 14 to lead up to whatever grand finale battle they have planned.
No one can see if he has possesed someone's else body, only the people that know the possessing person will know…
I understand that humans can't see him - but Advisor Choi recognized him (or, to be more precise, recognized that Tae-chun was possessed by the Evil Spirit).
And once and for all, can't they just destroy that Evil Son-of-a-B***h rather than sealing him up in something that can always be unsealed? Learn your lessons, good souls/spirits - Destroy Him.
I loved the main couple but god this was painful to get thru, especially in the latter half when the novelty of…
With some trepidation, I started this show a few days ago (definitely not binge-worthy), really enjoyed the unique ML and FL and the overall writing. But after Ep. 9 (little boy scenes w/the mom were over the top) decided to visit the MDL page to read comments. Based on your comment about the mandatory break-up (which is actually absent in the more recent (2022) shows) and makjang, I think I'll pass for now. I would watch if there was some hope for the assistant/secretary to become a couple, but looks like that isn't in the cards either. 😢😢😢
With only 4 episodes to go AND the magician competition is presumably going to happen somewhere in there, it's possible the final confrontation between the Evil Spirit and CCW will occur at that competition.
So, a few questions. Who can see the Evil Spirit? I think Advisor Choi is the only one? Which would explain why the writers have conveniently banished him from CCW's presence for now. I'm hoping he will decide to protect Seul Hae. Maybe Grandmother?
Omg the way Cha Woong did a complete "180" in his behaviour i'm dying- the employees were rightfully shocked 😂😂😂I…
I FF through the Hee-soo/Evil Spirit possession part, but am I correct in thinking that the Evil Spirit chose Hee-Soo because he thinks Seul-hae is in love with Hee-soo?
So Yu-na - selfish, arrogant, rich Yu-na - made the ultimate sacrifice to protect Jae Hyun. I was surprised that she actually cares about him. I figured it was a story of young lust that would extinguish as quickly as it started.
Is there something about eating ramyeon together that is considered especially meaningful or romantic?
Because they're equally considering GTS's well-being. He's not ready to reveal her to the world as his mom. But…
I just finished re-watch on a much better device and at the end, I think OHB is realizing that she is risking losing GTS by holding the press conference, but she knows it is what is best for him as a person. Things might get rocky between them (or not) but Salty Lady is waiting in the wings (kyu-min: "There are many other people who hate GTS besides me"). But then, I have always felt that at some point, OHB would be the target once their relationship is public.
Do you think that his CEO is the dad? I don't think so.
He's one of the candidates, but based on some of his prior comments, I agree with you - not likely. I'm wondering about the Bar owner that was once a Director at Starforce - that came out of the blue (at least for me).
Remember, the sacred mirror got reincarnated WITHIN Seul Hae's body so her hugging her bae as he was in imminent…
I guess I missed (in past episodes) the part about the mirror being reincarnated within Seul Hae's body, but todays episode made it clear that it was in her hands when she died so that dot is connected for me. I like the fact that she will be part of the ultimate solution I was afraid that she would be a distraction or somehow complicate things, but Ep 11 showed otherwise.
Am I correct in believing that it was SEUL-HAE that protected CCW from the Evil Spirit? Let me just say that I very much appreciated Super Power CCW and Seul-Hae more than their past lives which, to me were sweet, weak and doomed.
Ye ji is oblivious of her future MIL's identity and keeps getting on her nerves whenever they meet 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.…
AGREE! I have loved the young couple from their first scenes together and I know she will redeem herself. She very much loves her grandmother and she put herself in danger today (and was harmed because of it). Officer Ryeol knows and understands her and loves her anyway. She will risk it all - including the wealth - for the right reasons. I wish they had more screen time.
They never dated. She was being pressured by another actor (I believe it was GTS' main rival?) so he agreed to publicly announcing they were dating in order to help her.
As a fairly newbie to K-dramas, for me, "Crazy Love" is the Gold Standard for romance and comedy. Fake dating, hilarious dialogue and situations, great supporting cast with their own side stories/vignettes, NO BREAK-UP, fast clean up on Aisle 5 Misunderstandings. outside forces working against the ML/FL who are able to work together to battle. "From Now On, Showtime" is manifesting all of these elements. And "Shooting Stars", I believe is traveling the same path. I don't think there will be a break-up. If there is a true break-up of the Main Couple, then I'll probably drop because I want to watch strong couples who work through their issues. Plus, they did give us the cliche breakup in one of the minor pairs, so I think K-drama Trope Gods will be satisfied with that and that's one reunion that I am very much looking forward to.
Yep, she's like Min-kyu - she has no purpose in the show. Thus far, although her character is in virtually every episode, she doesn't contribute anything meaningful to the major story arcs. So, I imagine her pivotal role is still to come.
I continue to believe that at some point the show will deal with the issue of crazy fangirls - although perhaps the "cliche twist" is that they featured a crazy rich lady "fan" instead.

They are my 2nd favorite couple.
Who is Tae Sung's Dad? Two candidates in Ep 12.
