Agree! He may not be as evil as SJo, but he is still rotten. He was embezzling money back in December 2021! And all of a sudden we get back to the bromance based on Ep 16 preview? I'm fine with forgiving the secretaries, instructors - even stalker girl because their pain was due to his treatment of them. But NGJ is not at fault with Se-gi or BSY and they need to be the ones asking for HIS forgiveness.

I was just re-watching - trying to recall sequence of events in 2022 since so much of the show was flashbacks. He pulled out her phone and looked at the photos of them together - so you are right, her death has been haunting him. He then flashbacked to the Kang Min scenes - and then said something like he failed before so needed to keep going. Called someone and said "proceed". We all figured out that Se-gi's revenge plot was new (a few months ago), but perhaps , in the end, it is SJo that has been plotting revenge for 6 years. Se-hee begged NGJ for forgiveness - he refused.

Wish I could understand Korean and guess will need to wait until sub version of Ep 16 is released, but is that Lee Shin-ah with the mask meeting with Park? Methinks she ends up teaching at Ilpum Edu - which would be a very nice touch.

I was hoping that the mystery wouldn't end up on this lame note. Why does he want kill GNJ now - after 6 years? I guess he tried the Kang Min hit-and-run play - but even that is lame because there was no way he could predict that NGJ would end up that night in the middle of the street "dead". So, I guess I must allow the writers these small non-explanations since all events led to a very special and crazy couple.

And how did he end up with BSY? Where did his $$$ come from to pull all of this off?

A whole lot of people in this show have said and done things that led to suicide/almost suicide - BSY, SJo and NGJ.

The actor is rather young - 33 years old (I think) playing a 39-year old character. His acting bio is pretty small - I'd be interested if those that watch/understand Korean if they think he is a good actor in these last episodes - he's hasn't needed to do much more than say "ma'am" in early episodes.

Elif Kim, First, I am so excited that thanks to you I will be able to watch at the same time as everyone this morning (I guess those that get direct from KBS see it first), so I went to bed early. Then woke up around 2:30 am (It's 3:30 am right now) and started to think about bits and pieces and it struck me - did NGJ ever know or find out that he was kicked out because of Papa Baek?? After trying to get back to sleep, I gave up and walked through the house to my computer to re-watch the scene at the Jang funeral. NGJ recited everything from 12-14 years ago, but he didn't mention Baek. I don't think he knows! He shut down BSY every time she tried to explain. I think this is going to be another major revelation to NGJ. And, of course, it fits with my theory about Papa Baek.

That's my thinking as well unless we find out that someone has been manipulating her to destabilize NGJ. Her calendars began in February, same time as everything else, so coincidence?

It will be interesting to see if they contrast stalker girl's reaction to however NGJ rejected her to Se-hee's reaction to whatever happened between her and SJo (Mr. Cho). Just how evil was Mr. Cho back in 2015?

Are we English speakers supposed to understand this? "I come out as Sehee, my brother of the century." In English, probably "sister of Se-gi" (who apparently is referred to as "the century" in some translations.

Absolutely agree. The birthday celebration was sincere - and then somewhere i the next couple of days, Se-gi received the letter/phone message and that's when he turned on NGJ. His statements at the columbarium were something along the lines of "the wait is over" - which could mean "the wait to identify the culprit is over". A bit of misdirection (but not a lie) by the writers I believe.

Lots of questions and much left to answer. From previews, spoilers and tidbits from around the internet we know that there is going to be lot to wedge into the final two episode which are about the length of a feature movie (2+ hours): (i) resolution of most death threats (secretaries and Stalker Lady?); (ii) NGJ apologizes to lots f folks (iii) the Big Reveal of culprit; (iv) the culprits must pay (so says Noh Go-Jin! )(v) scenes shot outdoors with cherry blossoms (Gangwa Island?). And there MUST be a scene/scenes of love-making K/drama style AND Engagement Rings at a minimum. So much to squeeze in!

These are the questions that MUST be answered if CL is to maintain my 10 star rating. Pretty confident that 90% will be answered, but. . . . I have starred (**) those that I’m afraid might never be answered
