Honestly I have put this on my “Plan to watch” list just for Yang Yang. Otherwise the trailer looks hella boring…Also I think the airing dates of this show and “A date with the future” are far too close since they have pretty similar outlook…
Why is it so hard to come by sensible FL's like in WIFTY and Forever Love? This FL sat so high on her pedestal and even separated the twins because you know, her sister has been allegedly wronged by ML's brother so ML and his family has to compensate..blah blah blah...nonsense...When the situation reversed and it turned out that instead it was her bxtxh of a sister who was the reason for ML's brother dying, I loved how grandpa took the high road and was being fair since obviously FL had nothing to do with it. I felt ashamed on that FL's behalf then..lol..It was such an unintended face slapping that she definitely deserved!!😂

This was so boring wtf...It was like watching my grand parents romance! I expected better with all the positive reviews here. First of all, Ye Shilan was one annoying girl...I just did not get why a great guy like Lu Zhaoxi would fall for a mess like her... Honestly, his ex Qiao Yu had a better personality in those few minutes on screen that she had. Ye Shilan was like a perpetual wet cloth. With her grandma clothes and mannerisms she looked more suited to play the ML's elder(like far elder) sister!! From ep. 10-15 It was one lunch/dinner after another. The conversations were so long they literally took half or more of the episodes!! Yet, the plot stayed stagnant. Give me a break!!
And their confession! 😱 It was sooooo procrastinated with silly misunderstandingst and extremely low EQ of our boring FL that I was hoping ML would move on from this wet rag! I mean, he could do a lot better!!
I won't be continuing this after episode 16 so I don't know if it gets any better. But I thought it would do some good for new viewers if they could find alternate opinions than the positive reviews bombing of this forum. Better not get scammed like me and waste almost 10-12 hrs on this sleep inducer nonsense.
