That could be a possibility -however this drama doesn’t seem to add unnecessary scenes - everyone seems to serve a purpose, so the storyline of the Scorpion King risking his life to retrieve a stone for his lover, seems pertinent somehow.

Think Maiden Holmes was made a while ago, I remember the older ones being slightly better, I just recall a recent show where in the BTS they were kissing properly (well it was still tame) but in the actual show their lips didn’t move at all. It’s weird. I don’t need tongues and saliva, but it would be nice if was a tad more realistic!

Phew! I was starting to feel a bit bad, because I am really enjoying it, despite a few flaws. Am praying for a decent ending and hopefully word of mouth can give this a boost！

He also plays a cat in White Cat legend…I don’t know if it’s the showrunners being a bit meta but there seems to be a lot of nods to previous/future roles, other shows, at first I thought it was just a coincidence but now am not sure if it was intentional.

Am not sure how the ratings work - for me a perfect drama with all round great acting and production is a 10 (Nivana in Fire). something which is great in script, but with a rush ending/poor costumes, but great acting, production and script is 9 (Imperial Coroner).
This is a high production, fantastic costumes, but editing is odd (it’s annoying with so little time left, we are shown recaps of what literally transpired 5 mins before, it’s like I know I just watched it!), acting is good, but room for improvement, so it’s an 8 for me. BUT it appears my rating system is wrong? I thought 8.3 is a good score? But it looks like I am being too harsh?
Most other dramas I watch I only scored like 7 - am thinking perhaps I need to amend my score?
