I've been thinking a lot about this drama. And while there were certainly some plot holes, and the time travel…
Thanks MrBanana, despite my many frustrations in later episodes, I am glad I finished this drama. The last episode was truly beautiful and wrapped it up nicely. Glad I didn't drop it ;)
I am in ep 8 and I'm honestly impressed with Eun Hyuk's character. We know from Ji Wook, that Eun Hyuk did something wrong. We can tell by what he says and acts towards him. Cuz honestly Ji Wook, is a jerk to Eun Hyuk (I'm sure he has reasons) but despite Ji Wooks attitude Eun Hyuk does everything in his power to make up. Even though he's constantly rejected and scorned he still comes bouncing back, trying to repair what has been done. Everybody makes mistakes, but not everybody tries to correct those mistakes. Props to Eun Hyuk for being a man and doing his best to repair his mistake!
I really hope that Yoo Jung has depth to her. I really liked the second female lead in Weightlifting Fairy, because she was more than the witchy ex. I hope that they make Yoo Jung the same way. Someone who has a life, a story, feelings, and is trying to do better from her "bad wench" self. I'm sick of shallow second female leads, and hope that this one actually has a character.
I've been thinking a lot about this drama. And while there were certainly some plot holes, and the time travel confusion annoyed me to no end, this drama is impactful. This drama makes you think. It reminds you that when you see stories on the news of people getting murdered, that those are PEOPLE. They're real and had families, friends, and lives. That police work isn't just arresting people, it's saving lives. It's about preventing future crimes and giving closure to victim's families and friends. Criminology isn't just about studying criminals and learning how to make the perfect crime, it's about understanding criminals so you can easier prevent future disasters. And when those disasters do happen, it's about helping the police have an easier time catching the criminals. Reasons or no, those criminals who kill, are pieces of trash, who need to be put behind bars so society and specifically victim's relatives and friends can have peace. I really love how this show illustrates that especially in the last episode. Thank you police officers and profilers who help make society a better place and save lives! We're thankful and recognize your sacrifice!
Guys stop this...you ppl are ridiculous giving your opinion is good thing but every time criticism is not a good…
Completely agree with you! When I make critiquing remarks it's either for those who agree, or for those who can correct me (like if I'm missing something). But it's certainly not to be "petty"
I want to start with it now but is there any romance??
Alright so Yeon Sook and Kwang Ho are married, and it 's basically about him trying to get back to his wife. And there's a slight romance between Seon Jae and Jae Yi, but they don't even kiss lol.
I honestly agree, I feel like this drama would be so much better if it wasn't for the time travel. The time…
The time travel was honestly written poorly. I am STILL confused how it works. Did he complete time (think HP and the prisoner of azkaban), is it a butterfly effect (think signal), is it a mix of both...? I'm still confused as to WHY he needs to catch the criminal in the future, but I've been telling myself that he needed to go back to know how to effectively interrogate jinwoo, so he can do the same in the past.
I honestly agree, I feel like this drama would be so much better if it wasn't for the time travel. The time travel made the plot too confusing for me. Though the one thing I did like about the time travel, is the contrast it gave to the past and present. I thought how they showed how things have changed from 30 years ago, was really cool. But it honestly got so confusing, especially towards the end. And even with the ending, I'm not exactly sure how the time travel works... But the characters and the acting is great. I particularly liked (loved) Seon Jae's character, but I loved all the others too. Honestly the acting and characters made it for me. If it weren't for the confusing time travel I would've honestly given it an 8.5 or 9.0 (there were too many facepalm moments the last half for a higher score tbh)
Okay so if you were really disappointed by the second half, especially at the END OF EPISODE 15, the last episode…
oh yah they really made up for the end of the episode of 15. The other episodes I wasn't a huge fan of (10, 12, 13, and 14) like could've had excuses, but I thought episode 15 had no excuses, until I saw episode 16 and I felt infinitely better lol
Well, overall it was a good drama, sometimes very interesting. Somehow, after episode 11 I lost interest in it.…
A bit spoiled or want quality writing? This drama I gave an 8, but I agree the second half (save the last ep) wasn't as good. The writing was weak at points but thankfully acting and characters made up for that
I can't. I really can't. this show is getting too dumb to be enjoyable any more. I feel like the writers…
First of all I'm aloud to have an opinion, second of all I don't hate it I just don't think it's a 10, more like a 7. And thirdly I do like this drama, but the last couple episodes haven't been up to par. Mydramalist is for people to share their opinions good or bad.
