Same! I was so co fused and thought I missed something. Like I’ve had a guy friend I’ve known forever, and if he confessed to me, it would take a LOT for me to see him as a man. I too wish there was a bit more development. But they’re so cute, I’ll forgive them for it.

So true! As someone with a bunch of guy friends I’ve known for too long, it would be so awkward if Jun Ki developed feelings right away. It would be like if a guy I consider a cousin, liked me, and I was like “omg all of a sudden I like you too” it would be unrealistic haha

I think he’ll mature once he realizes that Yoon Ah is falling for Joon Hyun. Or more fully realizes that lol.
And I’m so excited too!! Despite some minor complaints I adore this show!! Definitely making into the top 3 rom coms for me!

On ep 4 this is the best sismance I’ve ever seen. The emotion is definitely there.

I like the underdog too. But usually the writer gives us a reason to root for them. Whether their hard work, loyalty, or even their pitiful situation. But Dong Gu while he does work hard and is loyal, he’s incredibly immature. Yoon Ah needs someone stable in her life, that is mature and doesn’t act like a 15 year old lol. Joon Hyun understands her situation, and has given her space when she needs it, while at the same time supporting her. He honestly looks like an ideal boyfriend to me, and the show hasn’t given me a solid reason to ship Dong Gu with Yoon Ah. Now that said I’m not against their ship, he clearly cares for her and is dedicated. He has done a lot for her, and if he was just a tad more mature I’d fully ship them. I prefer Joon Hyun but I can see the appeal to Dong Gu, and they definitely have their cute moments.

It’s not that great lol. Usually ends up like this drama. One likes the other, and is friend zoned, or it is perceived that one likes the other and they don’t. People say there’s no drama with guys but that’s a lie lol.

Haha I would too. I would definitely have all the stories lolz.

As someone whose had a guy friend since I was 3 I 1000% Joon Ki lol.
