No, but it will be subbed probably in next 24h. But I think it will be out much sooner. I dont know in which time zone you life, but for me (Europe) its usually subbed day after airing.
I think my issue with Boys Over Flowers was that I had seen the anime from start to finish a couple of years back…
I think you are totally right about abuse. I just cant understand how in kdramas its normal if you have money or just because you are male and in love that you can be abusive towards girl. The girl doesnt want you, so leave her alone, I always scream at my laptop but what I think is worse that girl in the end falls in love with boy too even thought he abuses her and is manipulative towards her. Everything must be done his ways, girl just must be pretty, stupid, and humble.
I watched BOF as one of the first Kdramas so I watched it whole but only think I trully enjoyed about it was second pairing Kim Bum and Kim So Eun. Nowadays I wonder how could I watch all episodes and not go insane.
For TTBY, I already watched taiwanese and both japanese versions and old japanese one is one of my favorite dramas so I was expecting a lot, but I couldnt watch it, after one episode it when to my on-hold list. After drama ended I just partly watched some episodes. I just hate how they changed story to fit their usual kdrama love square. Only good points about this drama are that I discovered Kang Ha Neul and J-min OST.
Finally Heirs, oh my Heirs. So much potential and all wasted. They had perfect cast and they totally wasted it. The plot was sooo horrible that I cant imagine it to be worse. Only good points once for all in this drama were Kang Ha Neul and Kim Ji Won. Their small love line was only thing that got me interested in this drama. And Love is the moment OST is pure evil. When it started playing during emotional scene I just started laughing :D
Maybe this is just too crazy theory, BUT what if some ghost was in love with bong pal's mum because she could see ghosts but then she married bong pals father and had child and that is why that ghost became evil spirit, killed her and now is after her child, Bong pal and that evil spirit is somehow in vet's body. Maybe that is why he is interested in Bong pal.
I really really loved this drama until second half started. Then it became just another ordinary revenge/rom-com kdrama, nothing new.
I really hoped that they wouldn't make Dan Tae and Joon Soo distrust each other, after that, I couldn't watch them together, the bromance felt forced and out of place. And before it was one of the best bromances I ever saw.
And Joon Soo liking Gong Shim ended in ep 20 like miracle? What? Are you kidding me?
And Dan Tae didn't contact Gong Shim for a year? Because he was too busy? How long does it take to make a phone call? Like a few minutes... he didn't have time for that? What a bullshit.
And what is even worse, that except for some angry stares from Gong Shim and that one kick, she accepted him!!! Just like that!!! If my boyfriend didn't call me at all for one whole year I would never be with him again.
I really liked Dan Tae as character but then he started to act like an idiot. For example, he didn't tell Joon Soo, that he was his cousin Joon Pyo and Joon Soo just found out by accident, and then Dan Tae left Joon Soo there all alone like nothing happens.
And the time jump. I didn't have to watch last ep to know it will be there. Because it's always there. I don't know what koreans have with time jumps but please, somebody tell me why they always have time jump in last ep and THEN main couple can be together and marry each other and so on. Why they just can't be together at the end without unnecessary time jump?
And all other supporting characters suddenly made what was right in last ep. I know it's normal in dramas but please, it was horrible. Gong Mi suddenly told Joon Soo truth about how they met, Grandmother is suddenly good to Joon Soo and tells him to live together. Oh yeah. Everything is suddenly great, everybody likes each other, villain is in jail and...
I like what you did with second lead couple. I think it would be great if we saw that in real drama too, I mean the reverse position of women and men :) Even woman can be in charge for a change and men dont have to be the strong one all the time :)
