Oh I definitely think victor has some worship for Trin now. Trin is trying to give him the respect he is asking for as someone trying to fight for the people, and might be slowly changing his views of all rich people being evil. My only issue is that his affection for Trin might be detrimental to his cause as that worship/respect for Trin might slowly turn into hatred/deterrent as he sees that Trin does not hold him in the same regard.
Love the subtle shift of Naran and Krailert turning their more public column of lyrical analysis (under the disguise of flirting and foreplay) to more intimate cat and mouse game in the romance novels (even if it is irking my peace with them writing in the books! 😂) They already had a connection if we can gather from the first episode they had been writing to each other for an undetermined amount of time as pretty much the entire community is investing in their responses to each other. So while the NC scene might seem like its come out of left field for us, for them this was probably just a compilation of weeks, months, years of building that romantic side.
We have only 5 episodes left and while I myself is invested in the romance aspect of this shows, its also great to see how all these small political breadcrumbs will cumulate into some of the other scenes shown in the official trailer and how it will affect all the characters.
I don't want them to but in the trailer it already shows him with shorter hair...so you will get your wish 😔
I like his hippie hair. Matches the era and his character lol. To be fair he does look good with short hair, his previous roles are a testament to that. Which is why I wanted them to keep it this time ðŸ˜
It was an enjoyable watch but man did the whole stupid storyline with Wang Shuo and then his mom telling Chi Cheng to keep secrets and them not FREAKING TALKING TO EACH OTHER and not saying what they really mean made me want to just give up on this show. Piss me all the way off that I almost DNF so close to the end. Ugh
Krailert’s scene with general was really fcked up and sadly very realistic. Government is clearly aware of his…
True. Two characters I worry about the most are Victor and Naran. One because of the Krailert's past history. They will of course keep an eye on him. They will come to the conclusion that 1) he's either back to engaging in his "preference" or 2) telling secrets to the press about the deal. Either way it might not end well for one or both of them if they think that. And then Victor, he is a believer and often times true believers becomes martyrs to their cause. His enemies has no qualms about making people disappear and we only have again history, with Claire in Paris, that protesting you can end up losing your life. I can't wait to see how all these stories progress but make no mistake there will be heartbreak at some point.
I'm actually a little happy with the fact that she will keep changing between the two. Really pushes the fact that you love the person for who they are, not what they look like.
I'm enjoying it so far but holy crap am I tired of Min practically telling everyone he's from the future, and making himself look crazy. On the other hand someone can believe him and try to use it to their advantage. Then there is the fact that he could literally make changes right now but he keeps doing so that doesn't really benefit him and seems to be making relationships he doesn't have yet start off bad. He knows he's in the past, time to get over that and stop being so surprised by it every time you meet someone he "knows" and try to make a better future.
"Will you tell me now why you had ne lie about being bullied?"Imagine Bison knows everything that's going, but…
Glad I'm not the only one who thought that! Like he noticed he was being followed the whole time and we didn't see until it was a flashback. I really hope Bison is actually as smart as hitmen are supposed to be and his "cute" nature is how he gets people to underestimate him.
....Do the lead actors look good? Yeah...the acting is nice too....but tbh...I don't mind sexual tension and good…
yes, this. It was hard to enjoy it a bit because of the editing, scene cuts, music, and a little of the acting. Hopefully it will get a little better production wise.
Fadel is definitely the most normal of the bunch, and to me the best one so far. Bison is absolutely the problem with his recklessness. Let's see how the rest of these episodes go.
