Qibai then says Tian Ji is his pawn and he will do whatever he wants with her, threatening YX.

He has the people he cares about being held over him if he doesn't listen and no powers to stop any of it.

14 she asks him if he wants to divorce. 15 she gives him the divorce papers.

She lied about a few things but the main one was she hired actors to be her parents because her real parents were drop kicks that left her with a trauma of being unloved. They favored her older sister and completely neglected her like she didn't exist, only her grandma truly loved her. What's worse is the parents act like they have done nothing wrong. But the reason they are divorcing is because of him not her. It has been made to look like its her fault up until now but the ML is manipulative asshole.
