Most of the ones you mentioned above are my favs. But something about Triad Princess was just wrong, lol. I think the acting was too clingy for me. hahaha... so I didn't go past ep 2. @Ma Webre has recommended some really good one though. check them out.

Oh! thank you honey. You have pretty much summarized everything that's wrong with this show (and pretty much every modern chinese drama). It is ridiculous!!!
Also, sorry to burst your bubble but it doesn't get better. LOL! I watched all the way to ep 20 just because I was too lazy to look for another show and I enjoyed the second and third couple dynamics. If anything the ponytails become even more crooked hahahaha...
Please please point me to a direction of a cdrama with a relatable FL. I like Cdramas because I like the language but the 'damsel in distress' nonsense is just too much.

Lol! I also love The Untamed. Word of Honor is also great but not as good as The Untamed (oops!! sorry WOH lovers). However this show still holds a special place in my heart and I am yet to find anything like this one to be honest with you.

The only one a found a little close to Love better than Immortality is 'Miss the dragon' which is still airing. Try that one. Maybe you will love it

For the first time in my life, I was happy that romance was given a back seat in a drama. That way I was able to fully enjoy the other elements that this drama brings. I wouldn't have it any other way! It is definitely one of my favourites - and those do not come very often.

I am patiently waiting for the last ep to release so I can finally binge this show. After I watched the first few eps, my anxiety would not allow me to wait for episodes like a normal human being. So I chose to wait until all the eps are out. Anyway, someone please spoil for me something. I will put the question on the comment so I don't spoil it for others.
