I want to ask, if ren was serious when he asked gorya to date him behind thymm back.Or he was just kidding.
The thing with Ren is, he will be whatever Gorya wants him to be. Be it either friend or lover. It was like that in the manga and in all the other versions. He is the first person who helped Gorya, at a time when she needed someone the most. So he feel a certain responsibility for her- he wants to guard her. It is a purpose for him. And he doesn`t fully trust Thyme either. Will see more into that in ep 7.
Anyone else noticed the shirt Gorya wore on ep 6 when she was trying to decide what to wear to her date with Thyme? It was written HATE under a Black Rose. Thyme represents the black rose as we all know in the teaser and the intro.wow...

Yeah he does have this complex liking a decade year older women and he lost his virginity to a servant when he was 14 years old ( the servant was 5 years older than him) and he has been taking care of his younger twin sisters and a mother that is very much like a child.
