Fast pace drama with satisfying ending
At first, the drama seems focus on domestic/family issues, then boommm, it becomes politics wich is great without bring confusing. The story and reasons for all the things in the drama are believable and makes sense.The positive things about the drama is all the revenge are ended up satistying. No mercy for all the villains and villainess.

A lot of potential, yet, ended up dissapponting
The earliest of the episode were quite interesting. Like playing a chess, the fl and ml used all means to win over each other.Then, in the middle the story went down the hill. It focused more on romance of every characters, not royal political intriques anymore. At this moment, all thr characters became ridicules, annoying, and stupid.
The way the directors portrays the story was also problematic. Result, in became less thrilling and more melodramatic and blunt.

The best in the enemy to lover trope
This drama has solid storyline with well dialogs and good actors. It has good portion of drama, romance, hillarious, and thrilling scenes. I laughed and cried a lot while watching. The chemistry between fl and ml was top notch. I really like their interaction much.My favorite scenes were when they overheard the fighting of their neighbours and when the wall between their house collapsed. It is like a chef's kiss from the writer and director.
Definitely recommended!

A perfect combination of laugh and tear
The first and second episode feels too slow, but that is important to build the set. Then, you will be captivated by this drama. Most of the drama usually build the foundation of the story based on imagination, mystic, etc. Yet, this drama focuses more on science which makes it more interesting.Most of the characters of the drama are adorable. I really like how they portrayed Landy Li's ugly character with pimples and darkspot, which is the ordinary women's problems than make her ugly with 'nerd' make up that feels too much. Although I must say that she is not ugly at all. She is the cutest.

Old tropes with fresh touches. ?
Finally, this drama is aired after waiting for a year. And I am very satisfying. It beings laughes since the first episode. We can say that this drama is so meta as it used many tropes in the regular chinese drama, then boom the tropes got messy in the most hillarious ways.All the characters in this drama are super unique, not only the main characters. I can give the writer 10 for all the character. Sadly, the ending is quite confusing. Yet, this is still interesting and hillarious drama.

The best 2025 chinese drama so far
Already rewatched this drama 3 times. Never thought that it would be this good, but it became my favorite drama in 2025 so far.The story is fresh and well-written. The actings dan directing are very good. And most of the characters all adorable. This drama has a combination of romance, royal politics, hero's journey, and life acceptance.
Additionally, Deng Wei is super sexy in this drama. And this is alone can be the reason to rewatch this drama.

Unexpectedly one of the best ?
In the early episode, I feel bored. I even stopped watching. It feels really slow. I also feel that the colors were too pale for drama. And monsters? Not my fan of story.After a while, I continued watching because of running out of entertainment. Then I found that the drama was quite interesting. The pace was still slow, but the dialog and acting captovated me. I was hooked. It also has some hilarious moments. You just have to be patient to enjoy this drama.

Too many coincident, that it feels unreal.
I watch this drama solely because of Cheng Yi. Then, I realized that he played a teenager that became a hero. He was not bad, but not really convincing as a teenager who acted naively.I hate the cgi. I feel that the drama could do better. The fighting scenes were also ordinary. Not bad, just ordinary.
And the part that I really hate was why all great martial artists in this drama, before dying, gave their power and fighting skills to Cheng Yi character. Like why? Just because he was there and he was a good guy who can fight the evil persons? But please, make the story more convincing. It feels that Chang Yi character become the strongest hero without much effort and sweat.

You can forget the story and just enjoy the fighting scenes.
I must say that what makes me captivated and finished this drama was its fighting scenes. Every fighting scene was portrayed beautifully. Thumbs up for the fighting director! You can see the movement with rain, snow, and even falling leaves. Sumuyu with his umbrella was the definition of elegant in fighting scenes.For the story, I can enjoy the story, but I am a little bit dissapointed with the romance. I know that this drama focuses more on fighting than romance, but still, you need more convincing romance, especially between Su Mu Yu and the doctor.
To be honest, I like it better than The Dashing Youth. But, it is still bellow The Blood of Youth.

Watch because of Cheng Yi, then captivated by the story
This drama serves it purpose as a thriller and mysteri drama. The viewers will guess who the rdal villain from the first episode. Very entertaining. It felt like playing hide and seek between the characters. We will keep watching as we curious who will win this round and what will happen in the next round.Very recommended to watch.

A hidden gem
I watched this drama and dropped it after second episode as I felt that the pace was too slow and the story was confusing. Rewatched it again as I want a mystery drama and found it very entertaining. I would say that after third episode, you will be enchanted by it. I did not know that I would be enjoy and really like this drama.And, Liu Xue Yi showed us how great he is as an actor. Shout out!

Smart female assasin that acted stupidly
My first chinese drama and I am quite satisfied. It is not bad, but not great. I will tell you one by one.1. The idea is interesting, but the story is not very convincing.
2. The female lead is used to be a smart girl, but after lose her memory she acted stupidly several times. This is really annoying.
3. Why the male lead is alive even after getting stabbed several times?
4. To be honest, I dont mint with the stupid king. Just put your brain on rest while watching.
5. Some of scenes are super hilarious.
Overall, I like this drama. It is entertaining.

The heroes story with very good brotherhood and mystery
My number one chinese drama so far. Cheng Yi as Li Lian Hua is sooo hot that I need to watch it all the time. This is his best performance.The story involves mysteri, brotherhood, love, and life experience. It has many great scenes with witty dialogs.
The only negative thing about the drama is the romance. The romance is weak and boring. Yet, as everything else is perfect, it doesnt matter.

Fresh story from the usual reborn trope
One of my favourite chinese drama so far. Smart female lead and male lead. Rewatching it 3 times already.Intriguing politics and revenge. Bai Lu and Zhang Ling He acted really good for this drama. This drama is the best in the reborn trope.
Additionally, the songs, music, and wardrobe for this drama are beautiful.

An intriguing story, yet weak romance
The mistery is very entertaining. You will want to watch it episode after episode as you are curious about what will happen next. You will guest who the mastermind until the end of the drama. All of the actors in this drama did very good jobs.Sadly, the romance is quite weak. I still do not understand why they both fall for each other as they only interacted briefly. They fall for each other just for the sake of the story. I can not seek their sparkling romance.
