any dramas similar to this? need to watch something before ep 26 airs
Legally Romance is similar to this but the dream arc in the drama was quite slow and boring. But once the FL woke up from coma, everything is sweet and fluffy. Unlike this drama, where whole story is about her dream. :( But tbh, at this point we dont know if it’s a dream or will she ever wake up.

This is more angsty than xianxia drama, I thought the most bittersweet I’d come across was TTEOTM, and I thought usually period family drama will be lighter but noooo, this show is depressing.
CP of any show would get together by 1/3 of the show. Now this is almost ending!! I am dying. Not just the sypnosis of this drama is misleading, even the poster is also misleading. There is no CP, stop hoping and shipping guys. T_T
Many of us has forgot that HQ was a villain, a spoil brat, gullible and scheming like Mu Yao, or probably worse. She is full of flaw herself. I did say before, this drama did not show enough of how she was in her first life. IMO, she needs someone like ZXW that has the patriarchy figure, he could be strict and gentle. He will guide her back to the right path. And not someone like HRZ who wags his puppy tail every time he sees her. If this is not a dream, and really a second chance in her life, she can be happy being alone without anyone. But if this is a dream like the novel plot, when she wakes up, she will be so traumatize and definitely need someone there to give her strength and support.
These two episodes absolutely compensated for the stagnant plot in the previous episode. So much happened! So…
I am having goosebumps reading this. Yes, it will be very depressing once she wakes up. But she needs to wake up and face the reality. We need to know how many events that happened in the dream were true IRL.
As much as I enjoyed watching this drama, it’s also very depressing to know that all that we’d watched so far were all just a dream (thanks to novel readers who kinda spoilt it for me). I so want nanfeng and Qianchi to end up together, they are so cute. But it’s all fake, a dream. :( and it’s so sad to see her dad actually become gentle and bonding with HQ, but we know he was dead IRL. arghhh it’s already episode 21, HQ wake up already. I want to see the real HQ become smart and make the right choices IRL!!
