Like most of you, I managed to finish this drama solely because of Chang Soo and Jiyi. I really would like to believe that they are the leads. I NEVER had any 2nd lead syndrome, until this drama. LOL
Finished this drama some time ago, not my favourite, because I thought they will build the story of Dal Po of being a genius with eidetic memory but writers just dropped his ability somewhere in the middle.
And I wonder why so many of you hate Park Shin Hye? Is it because she get paired with all the cute boys? LOL. Personally I think she is an OK actress.
I'm watching this because one of my friend highly recommended this drama. I hesitated at first because it's Kill Me Hill Me incest, LOL. But because I need to forget a devastating bad ending of a drama that I just finished, so I quickly moved on to a new one.
First of all, when I watched the first episode, Hwang Jung Eum definitely outshines Park Seo Joon by many miles. Her acting is just simply too good. Ok, is this another drama where the lead actor just has to look cool, mean and good looking while the lead actress do most of the tough work (sounds familiar? *cough* My Love from the Star).
Second, because Hwang Jung Eum were always paired with older, stronger actor (Ji Sung, Joo Sang Wook, Ryu Soo Young), PSJ seems like too young for her. But if Hello Monster and My Love from Star can work, this pairing will have no problem, I guess. I trust kdramaland.
Now I'm only at episode 6 and still I don't see any chemistry between the leads, is this drama too busy still trying to build character and back stories for the leads and second leads? In most rom-com, by episode 5-6 there is already crazy love tension going on.
