Finally finished!! I'd never hit the fast forward button so much before while watching a drama. LOL.
I like this CP enough to finish the whole drama, but it's unnecessary long with too many side characters. I still don't know what's the purpose of Yi Yang's being so persistent on pursuing Shuyi? Just to piss Shiyan's off? And the breakup is unnecessary long too OMG. But I'm happy I finished this. It's because of my love for BL and Dylan. Can't wait for their next project.

Problem with AveX is she IS a critic. She will criticise everything from top to bottom, inside to outside. 80% of the things she critics about I don't really care, like lighting, colour palette, voice dubbing, line delivery, actual fact or history behind the story. She knew too much and she could never properly enjoy a drama or movie. But she does this for a living, as a critic, she is not suppose to watch a drama or movie to enjoy it. At times she is sarcastically funny, so I still watch her review. But what she said doesn't really affect me that much. For me, she is that funny aunt that complains everything under the sky. LOL
Excuse me...But Why are HUMAN beings still calling this drama Weird for age gap. I get you don't like the drama…
It's not weird but just a matter of preference. You wouldn't want to watch if the whole drama is about the kid and the younger Sang Zhi part, right? My friend who had read the novel before, she skipped the whole younger part and went straight to the adult part in the drama. But for me who had never read the novel before, she told me to endure through the younger part so that I dont miss some small but important details. lol

ZZ rejected her repeatedly in the first life, you know when you couldnt get something you will yearn for it. JXN is stubborn like that. But second life when ZZ gave her the green light, she was like oppss maybe not a good idea after all. lolol. Poor ZZ

but in the drama I do feel that she did loved ZZ. Or probably thats the only thing that she couldnt let go from first life.She was quite sad when she decided to break if off. But that ended nicely before Mr Xie Wei go full force with her 😆
