Checking from posters, I think the king might live the queen. Because all the characters have each pairs. I hope so. I already am shipping the king and the queen.
I give big big thumb to this series, for both William Feng and Cheng Yi. I watched the trailer and it is superb! No doubt it would be a successful one. The production , the casts, the storyline, all are impressive even within a short trailer. Looking forward!
Hey how is it going? I’m just here to check some comments and critic. In my country, some fans disappointed with the story arch, some still watching because of Cheng Yi. I already gave up mainly because of storyline. Too sad to watch.
So far had watched till Ep 12 and I took back the word that I said I don’t like her two friends’ personality. I watched it while eating noodles ... I’m warning you guys.. never watch it while eating/drinking... you can die from choking seriously XD And I like how they reverse a typical plot like a girl struggles while trying to fit in a rich man’s society. Here I see ML struggling to fit in FL society that FL gave zero fuck about it. It’s such a pleasure to enjoy this delightful show during lockdown period here.
Just as the usual that Chinese tv lines always do. They hook us with the marathon episodes, provoke our nerves, then keep us waiting and giving less episodes when the show is getting to end -_-
Btw, I lmfao in ep 2, when the kitchen assistant guy asked Lu Jin’s assistant “what happened to the guy who stopped Lu Jin,” he replied like “nothing happened.”
After a long journey of exhausting from Love and Redemption, I need something light and breeze. This drama is very fun to watch, but that doesn’t mean the script is silly. Unlike most of the chinese rom-com series, they put balancing effort in both main couple and side characters. All the casts are very natural with each of their roles, especially FL’s friends (though I don’t like their characters’ personality). They also pay attention to food cinematography, they took most of everything really serious. As usual, Rosy Zhao never fails to act witty, lively character that totally fits with her. The male lead guy, ohhhh super hot uncle! So far watched till ep 8 and willing to keep watching this.
Totally surprised with the pair. Is it a BL? CY agency is shuffling their talents to pair with CY for different projects haha. Not a BL fan, and also for HC’s mistreatment to SF in LAR, I will skip this one XD
According to the synopsis, CY will die in the end? Or he will win the enemies, spend his life with FL, then pass away in peace? If so, I can endure it LOL
