In my opinion, he fell for her at the end of the first episode, when she agreed to write her name, that is, she did not look at him with disdain and condescension. But as I see, the pivot point is her another unexpected reaction about huge sum of money. She wasn’t angry, she was sad and disappointed. And then his step father said about stupid women who wish to pay hosts. And I think it shakes him, he understands she was sincerely kind to him ( he said: I don’t deserve your kindness), and he doesn’t want she was called stupid and was judged because of him.
